So my Echo Bike arrived yesterday. I love it. After putting it together, I did three rounds of 20/10 intervals for 4 minutes each. What a workout! I was so whipped when I went to bed last night! Thank you again for your review because it was what made me get the Echo Bike instead of the Assault Bike and I am very glad I did. And this is just the beginning! Thanks again!
I own an Echo bike, and I agree completely. I've tried the Assault Bike and while it's lighter, it rattles and makes far more noise. The Rogue bike is built like a TANK....and there is no chain to take care of. This thing will have you begging for mercy. I've used Concept II rowers and they give a good workout too, but not like this. You will be left out of breath, and jelly legged. It's also a great warm-up prior to lifting as it works pretty much everything. There is no resistance to set, but the faster you go, the harder it is. One of my favorite workouts is to get on it, do 5 mins with legs and arms, then 5 mins with just arms (feet on the pegs), then 5 mins with just legs and finish with 5 mins of legs and arms. Simple right? Yeah, you go with that one (insert evil laugh here).

Jim, you have the Echo, the rower and the Titian upright bike. When do you use each? Is the rower used on certain days or how about the Echo? I have 3 now as well and I’m wondering how someone uses them all.
I don't do much cardio right now, but what I've been doing is trying to rotate them. They're different enough that the workouts are different. So, typically if I did chest/tris/medial delts either that day or the day before, I try to use stationary bike to give my upper body a bit of a rest. I also try not to do rower on deadlift day or the day after. It hits a lot of the same muscles as deadlift. So, for instance: Rower on/after deadlift day Bike on/after squat day Echo boke on/after upper body push or pull day. Idea being that it would help recovery. Obviously, you'd probably have to dial back the intensity a bit. There's a ton of great videos doing a guided workout.
There really isn't anything like this for rower or airbike.
Also, it's easier to set up a spin bike in front of a TV. I have tried watching movies with a rower or airbike and it's just harder. You have to crank up the sound, etc.

@@JimintheGym yeah I was planning on a Exercise Bike because that way I could watch tv, and maybe just use it a longer period of time.
Sorry it wasn't clear. You would go for the airbike or the exercise bike?
(I don't like spin bikes)
Got Airdyne at Goodwill $39! Full body work out....a must have for home gym
Damn why don't these exist in England? 😭
Cobra Kai is toptier show. On of the only thing that would make me get UA-cam Red.
Isn't that show awesome? I wish a network would pick it up so a season could be 30 shows. I did the intro offer for youtube red, but I think it may be like HBO where I subscribe every time a new Game of Thrones season comes on.
Questions? Was thinking of getting one of these but can you hear the tv with the amount of noise this thing makes, or would headphones need to be worn??
Jim in the living room
what about noize level ?
Do you guys think this bike is too loud for an apartment?
couldn't tell ya. I don't know your apartment or your neighbors. But you can check this out if you want to know more.

Did you end up buying an air bike? If so how loud is it? does it bother your neighbors? Thank you.
have you lost any weight
since that video? About 15 pounds
I think these bikes should have cages on the pedals
Its £1000 in UK :(
Oh man, that sucks.
I heard with the shipping its around 1600$ here to ship in Canada, what a joke. Bike is 1200$ canadian. Ill get a Octane X with a better warranty instead for 1588$ and get it at the store. Sad
how do i convince the wife this is a good investment for my health, lol?
Hahahaa! If I knew how to communicate with women, my life would have been totally different. Haha! You're on your own, Bro!
Johnson Cunninghamcus anything that contributes to health is a good investment
Stop saying "don't make the mistake", because I did a few days ago....it was a stupid mistake and to make an exchange, I have to ship it back for about $250
Wait, what happened? You bought the echo bike and didn't like it?
@@JimintheGym no. Wanted the echo but mistakenly ordered the Assault
Oh, no. Sorry man.
@@JimintheGym I know, I still have not opened the box and think to exchange it but having issues communicating with Rogue, not sure if it's a covid thing or what.
@@44556613able if it were me, I'd keep the assualt bike rather than pay a $250 hit, honestly.
That bike will be great for you and give you a solid workout.
for only $750 lol.
Less than the cost of a new I-Phone
