  • In this review of the Rogue Echo Bike, I give you my opinion if this bike is still worth it after owning it for two years. In this video I tell you about how the bike has held up for me as well as the pros and cons of this bike and at the end of the video I tell you if I would still recommend buying this bike.

    Having used a Schwinn Air Dyne for 20 years before the Rogue, I totally agree that the Rogue is designed for HIIT which is the only thing I use it for. I would ride my AirDyne for almost an hour. The AirDyne HIIT against the Rouge isn't even close in my opinion. The Rogue will kick your butt a lot more.

    Solar panels come with the bike?

    I'm a 5'1 and 1/2" tall woman, 124 pounds. I heard it may be too big of a reach for a 5' woman, but the Air Dyne is not enough of a challenge for me. I would love the Echo Rouge to work for my stature. Thoughts?

      I have clients the same size as you that are able to use the Echo Bike. It has a lot of adjustability so it works for just about anyone. The fan is also much more challenging than Air Dyne so that will be good!

      Thanks for your reply. Do the shorter girls who can reach the pedals, have a harder time with the handles being up too high?

      Thanks. I got the bike and love it, except the only problem for me is the seat. It doesn't go forward enough, so it hurts my crotch because I'm sitting out on the end, and it's not flat like the AIRDYNE seat. Already trying other seats until I find the right one.

    I just bought it, and the seat is so uncomfortable. I don’t know how people sit on it for more than 10-15 minutes.

    I want a bike that i can sort of chill on for 10 minutes then do high intensity last 2 minutes. Im kind of thinking this bike not be for that purpose, but i am tempted!

      I would recommend this bike or Concept 2 Bike Erg. Either one you can’t go wrong with it!

      @Jordan Schaeffer Fitness thanks for the response. You can do low intensity for 10 minutes on the rogue? Of course, I'd also utilize it for high intensity, but would like a bike for both...

      @@widowsson8192 yes you could do a mixture of both in either one you just have to keep wattage lower and it will work!

    Any mechanic will tell you that chain drive lasts better than belt drive. Don't take my word for it. He compared it to a car. Belt drive systems on a car run accessories. But when it comes down to timing chains on an interference engine, chains vs belts.... chains win all day, everyday. 💁🏽‍♂️

    • @TrilobitesRTasty
      @TrilobitesRTasty 9 днів тому

      I'm sure that it true. Video comparisons of chain air bikes (e.g., Assault) confirms that the belts are quieter.
