- Westfield Technology makes a lot of crazy things; from the fully autonomous POD bus to the Mega S2000 and other enthusiast sports cars. However, the Westfield GTM (formerly known as the GTM Libra) might be their craziest project yet! The GTM started life as an affordable supercar kit with a mid-engine layout and a cheap price tag. The design eventually got bought up by Potenza Sports Cars, a brand affiliated with the Westfield Technology Group. Now, the Westfield GTM will be made into an autonomous enthusiasts sports car, with self driving capabilities.

The last thing I would ever want is a self driving sports car. That's like getting chocolate but somebody else gets to eat it. Or a super hot girlfriend and .. well. You get my point.

Last I heard Westfield had "lost" the original moulds, which were pretty worn out anyway

It's a Lame Half EV, Half Rotary Hybrid. Will Probably also only be Available in Automatic Transmission. I'd Stick to the Classic 100% Rotary RX7's and RX8's

There is no such thing as a 2.5l 4cyl ecoboost engine.
The Westfield Sport 250 uses a 2.0l 4 cyl ecoboost engine producing 250 bhp.
Basically the same engine that was in the MK3 Focus ST.
the 2.5 is the rover engine in the old GTM maybe this is the info available, i'm in the UK and i always thought it was a good looking kit car.

The Ford Falcon XR6 TURBO 2004-2017 and are fast from the factory 240kw-330kw but you don’t have to spend $100,000 to getting it embarrassing supercar owners.

It's a cool concept, but In my opinion it ruins the purpose of a supercar. Why have something with that much performance only for somebody else to drive it and you just be a passenger?
I guess like idk if someone likes a design of sports cars or super cars but can’t really drive one or something like that idk that sounds stupid but I mean I like the idea I get how it doesn’t make sense and in my opinion same idk

I don't think it's in production at the moment. Used Libras generally go for around £5-6k though

It's Not Really a Return of the Rotary, If it's a Lame Half EV Hybrid. They Will Most likely Get Doner Mazda RX7's and RX8's for Thair Wankel 13B Rotary Engines, And then Throw Away the Beutiful RX7's and RX8's into the Crusher and Shreader, To be Recycled into Lame Stupid Teslas. 100% Rotary Powered, Beutiful Sounding, Flame Spitting RX7's With a Manual Transmission, Are Way More Beutiful and Fun to Drive. Classics Never Get Old

Well - quite an unbelievable load of old twadly. The GTM Libra was designed and built by some of the UK's best designers along with one of the best kit car companies of the time - GTM. It is a well designed GRP monocoque with inherent strength designed in. Maybe do some proper research before putting out this rubbish. Westfield/ Potenza have always promised the earth with GTM but never have and probably never will deliver. Last contact regarding spares was that they have 'lost the moulds, they must be in storage somewhere'
What a ridiculous video. Some research wouldn't go amiss. "...tubular spaceframes in either direction"? No it hasn't. "Critics were wary of the build safety." No, they weren't. Crashed Libras have proved the strength of the car. Supplying spares for existing cars? Not really. Have you considered a career in something you're maybe good at?
