Yes. First make sure it’s not medical. Stress can cause it too. Also make sure you are taking supplements that your body needs daily. Also viviscal tablets help. That helped me out a lot.
How come my к18 mask doesn’t turn white after been rubbed between my hands? I got it in Sephora! I tried multiple times to make it happen and it just still transparent
Ugh I finished that bottle before your reply . I got another one from hair salon and that one does turn white when rubbed and yes u need less product if it changing colour . I used to apply 4 pumps and now only 2 !
What shampoo do you use? I saw your video on purple shampoo and I agree, they’re quite drying. I used the K18 peptide shampoo followed by the mask with good results. Here’s my problem: I’m a natural blonde with lots of highlights. Highlights make my fine hair very tangled. I have a TON of hair! Blessed at 61 but trying to disperse the mask throughout my heavy hair without using a detangler or conditioner first is like torture! Did you comb your hair prior to putting the mask in? My hair comes down to bra strap in back so I ended up using 4-5 pumps and 3 days later it felt like I had horrible product build up. I usually can go 5 days without washing my hair. So I do I evenly disperse the mask without using as much product when I can’t detangle first? So for the rant😂
If you absolutely must, wait at least those 4 minutes. Let the mask strengthen the hair first. But generally speaking it’s better to avoid detangling wet hair.
@@heidiguttenberg that’s exactly how I applying K18 mask , my hair seems thinner than yours and it’s over processed so without using any products after using deep cleansing shampoo it’s so tangling and hard to spread mask evenly . Again , product I got from Sephora doesn’t turn white when lather between my palms but it’s smells fine and I’m concerning if I got a bad product since I used over 20 times and my hair look and feel worse than it was before I start using K18 mask and their oil 😭

Can you use olaplex SHAMPOO before using the mask? I can’t find anything on that. I used a clarifying shampoo the first go round and I’m not impressed.
I use the Olaplex clarifying shampoo (Olaplex 4C) before K18 and it works quite well. My hair didn’t feel dry or brittle despite only using k18 and no conditioner. Hope that helps.

I am just wondering if those "fixing" "leave in" things that you have to use over and over for maintainance, contain unhelthy substances and they just coat the hair or get activated with heat like formaldehyde or other substances of this family. Anti frizzy from dream coat works exactly the same, but has substances similar to formaldehyde. So are we really treating our hair or keep giving ourselves mini keratin treatments? Just wondering! If anyone knows what s the case please inform us ❤

Is the k18 Im using fake... Your one pump looks like 3-4 of mine. Plus I can never "foam" one pump to look like that much. Im concerned😢 Ive used 4+ bottles of k18😢

K18 says that after 4 minutes you can apply whatever you like: blow dry cremes, mousse, leave ins. Just not before using k18 but always after

Holaaa 👋🏻 I would suggest you apply K18 on tangled hair. Wait 4mins. Apply a leave in conditioner (or a regular conditioner) and then detangle.

No it won’t help a root issue. Do you get greasy hair easy? So many things you can use. Pumpkin seed oil and comes in capsules too.

You must put a little bit water on your hands and then the k18. Then it will work :)

Can I put this on the top of my head? As my hair at the top is so short due to breakage as I used the Pantene repair straightener. Not a good product.
