I’ve been taking Creatine for about 2 months now consistently. There is a noticeable change in endurance & muscle mass. The only down side I had was, once I stopped taking it for about 1 week or so I’ve felt like complete shit up until I got back on again. Also no hair loss or no acne (I’m acne prone) personally.

try drinking a shit ton of water, like 4-5 litres a day. Creatine should have no effect on your acne, but what it does affect is your level of hydration which does correlate to your acne. I too broke out when I started creatine, but after bumping up my water intake significantly it worked out just fine
So we developed ours to best take 30 min prior to your workout because of all the ingredients to help aid in training, but Creatine is a supplement meant to be loaded so anytime if day and everyday take it. You want in in your system always!
I don't think there would be any issue with takin creatine with preworkout cuz ik that for GorillaMind GorillaMode preworkout has about 2.5g of creatine in it

Diet is ya frist priority, don’t expect miracles from supplements but it sure can help.
