Can you cover neck training or neck exercises? I had a concussion 3 years ago which resulted in serious PCS and major whiplash, and my neck has had issues since. Trap exercises would help too, think of a lot of us want thick jacked looking traps.

I think everyone has a stronger Seated Overhead. You have a lot more stability to handle more weight. I agree with Bart that everyone should do a standing variation to strengthen your core, but i don’t think there’s anything wrong with being weaker doing Standing Presses.
Yeah my seated press is always around 15 to 25 percent stronger, depending on what I'm sitting on. But I do notice that if I take out standing presses for a long time and just train seated, my standing gets weaker because of that lack of practice of stability, even if my shoulders got stronger from doing seated presses.

Do yoga Bart, strong shoulders are stiff shoulders you're more susceptible to Kimuras, keylocks, omaplata, baratoplata and tarikoplata.
I second this. Yoga is truly a game changer and gives you more ROM for your lifts
