I think this woman was using quite good products. Almost every single one has been recommended for professionals dermatologists and estheticians. If you look the routine of Susan she uses a lot of products on her skin, layers and layers of products, in fact Asian women do the same. The key here are products with specific ingredients strong and powerful enough that target the problem. I don't think this woman has a bad melasma, I seen worst. Sunscreen is very important for sure.
I think it gets a bit tricky in that arena because they don't want to necessarily push any particular product because it is just advice over the internet and Dr. Desai isn't her dermatologist specifically.
What actual products would Dr.Desai recommend? Like which product of higher concentration of vitamin C would you recommend and which OTC retinol would be recommended?
i assume for the retinol, since she did say Retin-A (tretinoin), she wouldn't reccommend an OTC one, but a prescription one! the strength, however, i'm not sure of...
I’m so glad there are people on the Internet that are promoting real good information and helping smart intelligent people get their information out there well also helping people improve their routine! 10 out of 10 these videos are amazing I love your channel🥰
I like her other videos and I like the concept. It’s a great video idea and I had watched a few minutes of the video and I like it so far. Don’t expect a reply past this
Neutrogena has a sunscreen called Clear Face that doesn't leave a white cast for me (dark-skinned black woman). It is also in the same price range as the CeraVe
I'm glad Dr. Desai recommends simplification and a few actives. Tretinoin simplified my routine. I'm a sucker for products so I have to rotate them in my daytime routine.
Neutrogena deep clean foaming face wash The ordinary niacinamide serum Cosrx snail essence Cosrx birch sap moisturizer Cosrx aloe spf50 sunscreen The ordinary aha bha exfoliator serum The ordinary glycolic toner The ordinary lactic acid serum Face halo Garnier micellar water Medical pharmacy cotton Vaseline petroleum jelly for lips Bobbi brown makeup Wet n wild makeup Nivea lip balm .
I am also very prone to clogged pores and getting those white heads especially across my forehead if I’m using too thick of a moisturizer. For example: I tried the naturium plant ceramics rich moister cream because I love the texture of a thick cream but I don’t want to clogged pores of course. Is there another naturium moisturizer that you recommend I try instead? Absolutely love the brand and want to keep supporting😊
I can only use the rich cream during the dry, winter months. I do love the niancidamide 5% cream or rhe hyaluronic water cream too. Both are pretty light but still hydrating enough for my combo skin. I also do like using the overnight sleeping cream at night to add that extra boost of hydration at night!
Nothing will get ride of the discoloration unless the trigger is found. One of the main causes is birth control pills. A TCA peel would help a lot but vitamin c is really not acne friendly nor is HA.
I know that alpha arbutin and niacinaminde are both recommended for brightening the skin and targeting dark marks, but what is the difference between them and what skin type should use each ingredient??
Not a skin expert here, just skincare lover. Both are brightening ingredients but alpha arbutin is more beneficial and works as well as vitamin C to target hyperpigmentation and reduce dark spots, while niacinamide is more of skin refiner, makes pores less visible and a preventative measure for hyperpigmentation, as it prevents pigments from inner skin layer to raise up to d skin surface layer epidermis.
My mom has melasma, we went to a dermatologist that prescribed her hydroquinone but it did nothing to her skin. I was thinking about making a routine for her , which retinol and vit c product would you recommend??? love from Portugal!!!
Ya know I started off really loving this lady then I heard all about the weird scandal thing she did or whatever you want to call it and I unsubbed but I couldn’t stay unsubbed like I legit just really enjoy her videos and really like her and it seems like most of the advice she gives is pretty amazing tbh.
If you think you're too lazy to trade or learn how to trade, just know I have some friends who invest in a platform where and experts devotes their time and help them trade and they get paid profit every week
@@larryhenry5689 My trading mentor; Dr. STEVEN CLARKE ROBERT runs and investment platform like that, I paid in $10,500 just last week though its not the first time, and I got a paid profit of €30,600. It's been an amazing experience with him
It would be so helpful to get actual product recommendations at the end of these. 😊
second that
i mean u could just watch susans videos where she recommends products for each ingredient u want like vitamin c, retonols, so much more
True

Monica! The CeraVe Hydrating Sunscreen comes in a Sheer Tint! With an amazingly dewy finish.

Yesss I wouldn't loved to know that...

Can I just say that Dr. Desai's hair length is perfect for her!!!!
She has beautiful hair. She is a beautiful woman
Neutrogena has a sunscreen called Clear Face that doesn't leave a white cast for me (dark-skinned black woman). It is also in the same price range as the CeraVe
Less products, no fragrance, cut the witch hazel, a better vitamin c, no oil retinol, a moisturizer with ceramides are what she needs, imo!
I'm glad Dr. Desai recommends simplification and a few actives. Tretinoin simplified my routine. I'm a sucker for products so I have to rotate them in my daytime routine.
So informative, please can you recommend products in the next one xx

COME THROUGH CONTENT! I love these videos :)
Will my melasma flare up sitting near fire . because it irritates my skin
Can you recommend a retinol for dry sensitive skin?

I think Mixed Makeup has individual videos on each product !
Can you use the peel pads the same day as vitamin c or would you recommend alt days? I thought AHA and vitamin c we’re not good to mix?
100% sunscreen will be the thing that helps your melasma the most. Every day. Inside, outside, rain or shine.
Yeah... I just use 1 thing...
Follows a list of serums, essence, moisturizer, sunscreen, bla bla..LOL
I want to know how to get rid of blackhead every time I use AHA+BHA it disappears for a few days than it come back 🥲
Does glyserin cause facial hair to grow in females
glycerin does not cause hair growth. it simply hydrates the skin :)
Ok, is funny they said she uses so many products, but they use a lot themselves, umm 🤷♀️🤔💭.
The key is to use POWERFUL products.
Super Helpful, thank you!
WE NEED ANOTHER DERM REACTS WITH DR. NINA DESAI 🗣️🙏🏽 sorry for shouting, but it‘s important 😂

Have you checked out Gopure? I’d love to hear what you think.
How can i submit a video for these series ❤️😭

I don't know who needs to hear this, you've got to stop saving money. Invest some part of it, if you really want financial freedom.
Invest in bitcoin, gold, silver, buy stock, forex market, commodities. Just invest and save yourself.
