@@FenderBassMan I started playing at church when I was 13 or 14 years old. Got older and around 20yrs old played in dances and small concert, but mostly in dances. And now I basically play Christian music. And of course, this bass rocks!!!!!😷👍🎵🎶
Awesome demo, started with the TRBX174 still love it and nice to have a passive P J set up. Been watching all kinds of videos from every brand but the 504 gave me goosebumps in every demo. Just got one (504) and yep it gives me goosebumps!
Same Rick C.R. So far, of all my fretted basses this is my favourite...very versatile, great tone, feels great to play, looks great...overall love it and I think for what you get is very good value for money.
Ordered a TRBX504 in Brick Burst today. Thought I'd head over to UA-cam to see some reviews to see how good players can make it sound, and gauge whether I made a decent choice. I'm thinking "hell yes!".
@@jedifist1 Yes mate, I love it. I'm playing anything from jazz and blues, to rock, funk, 80s new wave and grunge. I can go active or passive depending on genre. Just so many different tones and character from one instrument. It may just be the last bass I own.
absolutly awesome playing but looking for settings on bass mid and treble getting back to bass play guitar since 12 im 48 but i think eq setting set most important....
I feel sorta amazing that my 504 (white) can sound this awesome. Then I feel crappy cos I can't make it sound nearly as good (1 yr playing :p) Which is it?! :D
If anyone is interested in this bass, I can just say that in my experience the thing just sounded perpetually dead. Build quality and playability were all fine, it just sounds kinda like nothing, no character.
@@callmecancelled8038 If you want an active sound you should go for an L2000, I've played one recently and the tone on that thing was ridicilously punchy.
the best thing about this review, is that it shows what I can expect from this bass since it's EXACTLY how I play, so that's good.
lolol
Same for me, but I usually prefer to close my eyes and only use one hand because I'm that good.
lol brilliant. Really bizarre demo except for the handful of people who play a bass like a classical guitar
I am “overjoyed” at the beauty demonstrated from this performance!
Miki is a brilliant demo player. Having owned high end TRBs i am WOW impressed with the TRBX.😀
Holy Crap!!!!! this guy can play!!!!! I'm a Bass player myself and just bought this Bass today. I'm glad I made this chioce 😎👍
Nice! I just placed an order for the 504 in that brick burst color scheme. What news can you share given that a year has passed?

This man turning the bass into a whole dang band. 👏
That E string in active mode was earth shaking

I just bought this same bass two weeks ago and I really liked the variety of sounds you can get and the good looking that it is.

OMG that was a pleasure to watch..nice playin dude!
Lovely playing but would have liked to hear the same piece played with both settings to properly hear the difference.

How is it Michael ? Is it still living up to your expectations?

Jeeessuss!....this guy can slap. That was great and the sound of that TRBX, being supposedly a mid range, sounds mighty good!
That Yamaha Basss has a killer sound
Overjoyed. Nice.
I want bass lessons from THIS guy!!!
fantastic player
really nice sound !
Sounds great thanks for review I think I want one
Really amazing.
This part is crazy 3:15
I just became a fan bro !!!!!!!
Awesomeness
the Victor Wooten cover 🙌
Bem legal muito bacana
Tengo el mismo y es muy bueno y liviano.
Gracias por el video
¿Cuánto pesa el bajo?
Sooo good!!!!
I have a 304. Thinking of upgrading to either a higher grade TRBX or an Ibanez SR. Thoughts? I want a do-it-all bass to play any genre.
muito legal essa melodia no Contrabaixo amigo
Very nice

What pedalboard is he using in this video?
Thanks!
What is the paddle you are using ?
Nice! Sounds deep, dod you turn the whole bass down , to D?
How would you compare it with the Ibanez SR500e?
I feel sorta amazing that my 504 (white) can sound this awesome.

They certainly sem to :). Slow but steady is the way :).
I have the brown one, playing it for two years now (one year intensively). I'm not nearly as good as 1% of Miki T-T I know dat feel XD
Got the brown 504 too for two months now. Awesome bass. Looks freaking nice, growls like a monster.
Same here.. but it does make me feel like practicing more and more..
what i your prefred bass
Is this one a P bass or a J bass?
That's wow .....for me...
I am tempted to buy it, but as all Yamaha things, it's a wee bit too expensive
what is the name of the song in the passive mode?
Stevie Wonder's "Overjoyed"
WHEW!!!
Can anyone tell me 1st song Author/tabs name? Best Regards
stevie wonder- overjoyed
kkvrks2 Thank you, kind man!
On another note... This video kind of proves that you don't need more than four strings...
Whaouh on en oublie la basse ! ☺
Dude kinda mad though
Positively misleading! Lol, duuuuude I will be convinced buying any guitar when you play it the way you play!
Facts
He can play, so it's bass' fault.
You can't be that good.

@@callmecancelled8038 I would go for Ibanez or Squier in this price range, perhaps even g&l or a sterling sub

Again. Another video about someone who shows us how technical his playing can get. Literally zero information about the instrument came through
