The main actress for the Paul Anderson RE movies was married to the director of those movies. It is heavily implied if not outright confirmed in interviews that this is the real reason Alice was so powerful, and could make even the preeminent badasses of the games look like scrubs. Not because she was infected, but because her actress was married to the director.
The Lazer hall would definitely game end most people! Especially with the Red Queen A.I remember don’t enter room with locked doors that you or your party didn't open.
I try to give the benefit of the doubt to how people respond to danger in surreal situations like this. Humans, no matter their training, are prone to freezing up at a moment's notice when faced with impending danger. It's easy to analyze the situation when your life isn't directly on the line, but when your life is about to end depending on the next choice you make within the following two or three seconds, there isn't much time to think, and you rely on what information you have about said threat. Honestly, after seeing the lasers follow the same trend, I doubt he gave it much thought it'd turn into a full on grid. The sudden new info, with no immediate answer to it likely is going to freeze up anybody while they shit their pants. He was likely waiting to react to the laser going horizontally, or like that one guy, adjust to wherever he moves ahead of time. Dude was expecting the 50/50 and got clapped with the 2 frame unblockable. lmao
Actually Rain got bitten 3 times. Once by that first female zombie. Second time is when JD was being dragged into the elevator & she got bit while failing to save him. Lastly was when JD himself bites her.
I've watched this film so many times and I've never once even briefly considered the Red Queen as a good guy but you're definitely right lol. If their egos and emotions wouldn't have gotten in the way and they would've just worked with her, the whole movie would've rolled the credits in minutes and the world wouldn't be doomed.
I've been watching your videos for about 3-4 months now. And I find your content informative. It really helps me understand movies I didn't quite get before. You have gained a subscriber my guy. It's been a long time coming. God bless 🙏🏾💯
Wait! Rayne's been bitten at least 3 times! 3) JD the zombie. 2) The Horde pulling JD IN get a chomp on her too as she screams in pain. 1) First zombie seen bites her hand.
Basically all they had to do was just cooperate with the Red Queen. She didn’t want to kill them, she just didn’t want any risk of the virus getting out lol… The first Resident Evil movie was the best. Apocalypse was alright. The rest of them after that were pretty underwhelming.
This movie was awesome and somewhat confusing when I was a kid haha , but overall ahead of it's time in alot of ways. That being said,I definitely wouldn't survive
I have said this everytime I watch any stereotypical zombie movie, and this is the first time I have heard anyone else say it. Get crafty and tape magazines to your arms... I say this every time. It does not have to be magazines, but any thick clothing that the normal human would have difficulty biting through. Leather, layered rip-stop, or fire hose would be more than enough protection from weakened human bites.
Rain actually gets bit 3 or 4 times. Once by the first zombie, a second time when she tries saving JD, and a third and fourth time in the utility tunnels. Her hand, and and her neck.
Umbrella dropped the ball on this one ..they have a highly advanced AI capable of making decisions. She had cameras, was able to scan the infection, knew the infection had gotten out. There for Redqueen knew everything..umbrella should just have gave them a way to extract her archives from the last week. All they needed to know was what happens they never needed to enter the actual hive. Then everything could have been avoided. Also red queen said she had to seal the hive because the virus went airborne and a random number of infections started to break out, and she couldn’t control it..so wouldn’t they all have been infected as they traveled through the Hive?
