The mystery of life isn't a problem to solve, but a reality to experience.

A process that cannot be understood by stopping it. We must move with the flow of the process. We must join it. We must flow with it.

    It's so true.
When I was in college back in the 1980's, I kept getting delays after delays to graduation for one reason or another.
I was in Air Force ROTC and wanted to become an F-15 fighter pilot.
I finally graduated and entered the U.S. Air Force in 1990.
But by that time, the Cold War ended and they didn't need many fighter pilots anymore.
Needless to say, the Air Force made me an HR Manager instead.
While I enjoyed leading people at such a young age, I always resented not being a pilot.
Fast forward to today and many, if not most, of the F-15 pilots of that Era developed testicular cancer and drop like flies now.
Apparently, the powerful radar in the nose of the F-15 at the time leaked radiation that caused these men to have cancer.
If I graduated earlier and became an F-15 pilot, I might be one of those unfortunate guys now!

My experience is if you feel all the time you are not good enough, you have to work more - which mostly comes from childhood traumas-, you make yourself so miserable or tired to control the things that they appear as you like, it ends up almost all the time in disaster. The end of that human behaviour is depression and feeling stupid. This was my bottom where I gave up everything! It was such a relief and bingo, slowly slowly my life turns into a shining mood again. Great upload thanks.

This hits home for me now. I'm also realizing in how I react to things isn't so great. It can be in a controlling manner with some things. It's actually way better to just see how it works for you and can let go of those times where you react in that way and can let go. It actually is really powerful and it does feel great too. I feel better with how I treat people too.

I agree somewhat tom. But how much taking back the streets won Civil rights?
In high school I was tall, well built. I made a rule. No bullying anyone. If anyone bullied anyone, I would be there like batman defending the weak. It worked well..
When people bring up stuff I'm conversation, especially family, you can respond and say what you think.
I think the more important thing is how you deal with it, responding positively.
When my brother is a drug addict driving around risking the lives of everyone on the road, a I not supposed to tell him what he is doing?
Yeah live in the moment, et . But no planning for the future? It is wise to prepare , better yourself.

    • @Sainbury
      @Sainbury Рік тому

Civil rights started with legislation in the 60s. Then President Johnson could send troops, if needed, to enforce the laws. Taking to the streets peacefully can help, but it seems to often de-evolve into violence which creates more fear. Would it change anything to tell your brother he is a drug addict? Do you think he doesn't know?

I agree with the spirit of this video. But true friends and family will put you in your place, say what's on their mind. My mother always says what's on her mind.. "your becoming an alcoholic" sometimes people need a reality check.. many people going through life like zombies not thinking..

@@Sainbury not now he seems clean.. and my parents paying his bills for 20 years, paying his car insurance, repairs, propping him up in a car to live a wreckless lifestyle.
Am I not supposed to tell them, despite their intentions they are the worst enablers on earth? By paying his bills they thought they were "helping" him get his life together.
Forget that. I told them often and loudly, pull your head out of your ass and stop supporting this wreckless behavior.
Its called tough love and a wake up call. Some people don't realize what they are doing.
Should people stop doing interventions and just let people be junky idiots running wild?

    Delay gratification.
    I know ,i dont it too ..
But it should be practised daily with small habbits .
In que waiting eagerly for your turn allow one person behind you to buy it ..small habbit but matters.
Hungry ..wait a bit longer .
    Hold you're breath ..bit longer.
    Watch something in a wall
Engage yourself in boring things .

It's probably just my limited understanding, but I find this message confusing.
Does this mean that we are just supposed to watch people hurting themselves/each other/ animals/the environment without trying to interfere?
Does not mending a leaking roof or a punctured wheel or preparing for a storm mean that we are trying to control things and influence future outcomes?
I am not trying to start an argument, I would honestly like to get a better understanding..

Ok. This sounds persuasive to a point but what other people do or don’t do for whatever reasons can have an affect on your decisions of what to do. If you are aware of instances that have this potential, it seems incumbent upon you to make some effort to persuade others to make decisions that are compatible with yours. There is no illusion of or effort to control but to offer information that will enable others to make better decisions for them that are also compatible with yours.

    • @evansmith8824
      @evansmith8824 Рік тому

I'd say that what you decide to believe from others is completely up to the person believing it and he/she will reap whatever that advice does for them positive or negative. Some people have to learn how to deal with different things than others do. It's a person to person thing and it's like he said it's how you react to what happens is what matters.

So it’s ok that the people who didn’t have the Apple cart stop them were killed or hurt? It’s all random, the people who were delayed were just random pieces of dust. This life is worth less.
