The movie was good. I remember the cartoon was great as well. Couldn’t go wrong with the Saturday morning line up. The Real Ghost Busters,Dungeons an Dragons,Humanoids,G.I .Joe ,Transformers. The list goes on.
Dollar tree toy section was my childhood, never had a ton of money growing up so I’d be able to pick one thing out a week there to play with. Used to have an arsenal of toy guns and weapons, and those nerds gummy clusters are my favorite candy. Basically the nerds rope in but sizes
We just started our own video gaming hunting channel after watching your $10 game fund videos. After hunting this weekend we still have $160 in the fund. Thanks for your tips and ideas to grow your game collection. We actually are starting to build our collection for the second time. Thanks Rick
Another great episode Rick! That was amazing to see all of those NES and SNES games and boxes in great condition. Love the Simpsons artwork. Thanks for sharing!
Kid Kool was a hard-as-balls gem from my childhood. Seeing you hold the box up brought back a flurry of PTSD, causing me to black out. I've lost 2 hours of time, in which I have no memory at all. From multiple accounts from my coworkers, I spent most of it screaming about throwing Wicky at "the bad guys."
Man that Rock N Roll Racing!! Totally forgot all about it and seen it in a video somewhere a couple weeks ago, went straight on the games from my childhood I need to buy back list! Hopefully comes back around soon!
Space Jam, Sandlot, Home Alone 1&2, Indian in the Cupboard, Captain Planet, Gumby, Brave Little Toaster, TMNT Movie, Garbage Pail Kids, Toy Story and all the Nickelodeon shows were all favorites for sure.
The Space Jam soundtrack was my favorite CD I owned. I played it so many times. To this day when I hear Fly Like An Eagle , I am taken back to the 90's
Goonies, Sandlot, Stand by Me, Radio Flyer, The Wizard, Dick Tracy, Big, Home Alone, Star Wars, and Batman are all pretty nostalgic for me but if i were to pick one it would definitely be the Original TMNT with it also being the first movie I seen in theaters as a kid.
As far as 90s is concerned for me it's the mighty ducks. Emilio Estevez was huge back in the day and I remember that being one of my favorite movies of the time.
90s movies - hook, mrs doubtfire, candy man, leprechaun, ace Ventura 1-2, the mask, there’s something about Mary, and most of the good Adam Sandler films
Back in high school, I worked at a video store that rented nintendo games... when they switched to just renting SNES games, they just piled all the old nintendo games in the back room, at night when it was time for me to go home, I would stuff the insides of my coat with nintendo games...I probably took at least 50 and no one noticed, then I showed up one day and the rest were gone, they threw them in the garbage, hundreds of boxes Nintendo games.
The Dollar Tree Toy section is so weird. I've found Legend of Zelda Blind bags there before, Boxes of Transformers Mini figs, and even the Gi Joe vs Transformers Crossovers.
Rental store. Grandfather buy up a rental store games right before they went out and got a lot of nes no game in box but Sealed. The game was in nes rental boxes. Where they rented them out. Awesome find!!
biggest regret from reselling, 7 years ago i found CIB mike Tyson puch out, castelvania, and mario bros 3. at a church sale for $1 each. Awesome finds!
My 90s film that holds a special place in my heart is the first movie I ever saw at the cinema- The parent trap ❤ ive seen it literally hundreds of times and still love it 😀
Man, what a score with those boxed NES games. Though there were a few classics that you passed up that I remember having from my childhood (and still have a few of the carts): Caveman Games (Hilarious caveman olympic games), Cybernoid (very short side-scrolling shooter), Gologo 13 (great game based off of the anime of the same name), Spy Hunter (always a classic) and Wrestlemania (Best wrestling game on the NES!).
Home Alone, Dennis the Menace, Hook, Mrs. Doubtfire, Dumb and Dumber thats only a few of my favorite iconic 90's movie, i cant pick a number 1, there are to many to chose from!!
Every once in a while you do find cool stuff in dollar tree. I got a couple of 'mini' G1 transformers one time, instead of the clear/carboard action figure packaging they were in little baggies in like a tub (just incase your interested, easy to overlook).
Super haul, dude. Jealous of that Megaman 3. Probably would have picked up that Silent Service just because you couldn't go two feet without running into a copy back in the day.
Most iconic movie growing up that me and my family watched all the time would definitely have to be overboard starring Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, absolute classic and I highly recommend all watch it
My family used to own a video store back in the VHS days when Space Jam came out. Studios would send us "preview" copies of movies with extra stuff. So I got the movie on VHS like right after it hit theaters but it came in a cool box with the sound track and a making of video.
Nice finds..There are still collections like that out there. Space jam and sandlots are classics but I have to mention some of my favs nightmare before Christmas, ninja turtles, James and the giant peach, lion king, Pokémon first movie!
Wall Street kid was weird. Got it for my grandpa cause it played around with stocks and selling and buying them. Super jealous of that collection you found, brought back many memories (especially gremlins 2)
I enjoy going to Dollar Tree I am glad you enjoyed your trip there! Really cool you found those NES games in boxes! I got back into collecting retro games 3 years ago I enjoy hunting and chasing my childhood I truly enjoy your videos! Your fan, Hotdog
Yes! I’ve been waiting for a new video the last few days. Pumped to watch! I went to a flea market today and found an unopened boxed atomic purple n64! What a find!
The Ninja Turtles in 90s was where it was at for me. I gotta be honest, Space Jam didn't do much for me back when it came out. Probably because I thought Roger Rabbit did he whole, "humans in a cartoon world" thing much better.
Well since you went to Dollar Tree, there are He-Man & The Masters of the Universe figures like the Ren & Stimpy ones you got. Also Shadowgate is good, and I recommend picking up the sister games to Shadowgate. They are called Uninvited, and Deja Vu. Uninvited is more of a paranormal horror theme, and Deja Vu is a noire theme.
Nice Michael Jordan rookie, you can send to SGC as well if you want to send in cheaper service and not as long wait if it’s only for your personal collection.
Shadowgate and Bart Simpson vs the space mutants; good memories playing and beating both of those. I would rent games at the video video store most Fridays after school, and would play all weekend until I beat them before I had to return them. And yes, I do remember that Simpsons game being extremely hard...
Spy vs spy what a game back in the day! Now that was a HELL of a find. Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeesh and good job not leaving it sealed as if it was! 👌 Massive respect to you!
Dude your are sooooo close to the 💯 k another week and you'll be there. Love your channel, and have actually started collecting retro consoles because of your channel. The 80s and 90s were my childhood years, and I think every video I watch I see something that I had forgotten about from when I was a child. Thanks for bringing back the memories 👍😁
Don't understoand the logic on not sending the Jordan card in for grading. If you wait, the wait may get longer. What difference does the wait time make when it is just sitting on a shelf?
Hope everyone is well! Also don’t forget to check out Magic Spoon! To try a variety pack, go to → magicspoon.thld.co/retrorick and use code RETRORICK to get $5 off today!
Hi Retro, " watched Sandlot at the movie

Crazy finds!
The most iconic movie for me back in the day was Beetlejuice! And of course the cartoon as well.
My older sister really enjoyed the cartoon as well. I want to say the complete series is out on dvd and maybe even on stream as well.
The movie was good. I remember the cartoon was great as well. Couldn’t go wrong with the Saturday morning line up. The Real Ghost Busters,Dungeons an Dragons,Humanoids,G.I .Joe ,Transformers. The list goes on.
I found the complete series of beetlejuice cartoon at Wally world for $20, now my 6yr old is obsessed with Beetlejuice, I'm one proud parent. 🤣
Dollar tree toy section was my childhood, never had a ton of money growing up so I’d be able to pick one thing out a week there to play with. Used to have an arsenal of toy guns and weapons, and those nerds gummy clusters are my favorite candy. Basically the nerds rope in but sizes
Damn! Those are some amazing prices for boxed NES games!
Best CHILDHOOD movie....cartoon all stars to the rescue
Nostalgia, classic video games, doesn't have an annoying voice, clear pronunciation, ate favorite cereal while watching Saturday toons = subscribe
“Hey you guysssss” gotta be the Goonies! Lots of great movies though that I grew up on during the 90’s.
We just started our own video gaming hunting channel after watching your $10 game fund videos. After hunting this weekend we still have $160 in the fund. Thanks for your tips and ideas to grow your game collection. We actually are starting to build our collection for the second time. Thanks Rick

One of my favorite 90’s movies I forgot about has to be The Pagemaster
Watched that with my 6ry old a few days ago, such a good movie. And it still looks fantastic still
Space Jam, Sandlot, Home Alone 1&2, Indian in the Cupboard, Captain Planet, Gumby, Brave Little Toaster, TMNT Movie, Garbage Pail Kids, Toy Story and all the Nickelodeon shows were all favorites for sure.
The Mighty Ducks trilogy and TMNT trilogy is my favorite 90s movies. I can watch those over and over.

My 6yo loves it.

im 33 and literally laying on my space jam blanket i got in 1996 while watching this video. :)
I still have pieces of my early 90's Batman and Dick Tracy bed sets. My Power Rangers stuff is long gone.
Me and my cousin used to replay Guerilla wars back to back all the time. Love that game
There are only a few of Chiller NES listed CIB on eBay... over $500! Loose is about $200! I would have gotten it!
As far as 90s is concerned for me it's the mighty ducks. Emilio Estevez was huge back in the day and I remember that being one of my favorite movies of the time.
Your face looks so emotional presenting us with those games. You went to your past self with that stuff in your hands. Awesome catch.
One of my favorite random bits of trivia is that the dude on the cover of The Chessmaster was also Old Man Peabody in Back to the Future! 😱
90s movies - hook, mrs doubtfire, candy man, leprechaun, ace Ventura 1-2, the mask, there’s something about Mary, and most of the good Adam Sandler films
Flubber and the big green
Watching Good Burger is basically like jumping into a time machine to the 90's
I had the space jam soundtrack cd as a kid
Me too
Any of the Don Bluth movies should be on a quintessential 90's kids movie list.
So many boxed games!
Home alone and rock a doodle. Rock a doodle was the only movie I watched in the theater as a child.
Rookie of the Year was one of my favorite movies in the 90’s!!
Being 47, I was in my late teens/20's in the 90's. So for me, it's 80's related for me, and that being...
The Goonies movie :)
Id go buy that chiller!! A cart alone almost sells for that much and only one in box on ebay is almost 700
I saw those "Stars of Space Jam" stuff in DVD format at Walmart yesterday! these are still being made!
My most iconic childhood movie in the early 90s is the Lion King, watched it at a cinema and had the Original Soundtrack cassette tape. Good memories.
I always can’t wait to see the new videos I especially can’t wait to see that storage unit video!
Glad you're finally getting sponsored!
The most iconic movie for me was The Wizard with Fred Savage. My brother and me watch that movie so much.
That Bart Simpson VS the Space Mutants... Very Jealous Awesome Grabs Dude!!!
A few months back dollar tree had officially licensed 3ds travel cases and game cases. You’d be surprised what they have every once in a while.
Dude, as soon as I saw that Rock n Roll Racing boxed I was like "HE BETTER GET IT!!!"🤙
I LOVE THAT GAME!!!!
@@retrorick you and me both bro!
Gotta be Billy Madison for me. Pure 90's nostalgia. Mmmm, I might watch it this weekend. 'Stop looking at me swan!'
The Dollar Tree Toy section is so weird.

my favorite 90s movie and it’s tie between Pocahontas and the PageMaster

The movie and soundtrack that really brings me back to my childhood is Ghostbusters 2 from '89. Not a 90s movie, but I'm a little older
I got that soundtrack for Christmas that year. It had some great songs. On Our Own being one of 'em.
