    Flight time should be great with dual 3300mah, Very nice setup bro. That thing is awesome… 👍🏻

    See, you could make the spinner for rhis one 😂 on serious note, how often do you break props with rhis set up? I am kinda afraid to build anything like this🙂

    Nice looking plane and good job on the build. I've got the Talon Pro and there are similarities but the TP can handle 12000Mah no problem. Surely yours could easily handle 9000Mah of battery since it has generous wing area?

    • @FlyTimeRC
      @FlyTimeRC  Місяць тому +1

      @@wattage2007 thank you. I designed the battery area for the two batteries so I'm not sure if I can fit anything bigger. I am building another soon so I may ad another battery. But with the fly time I have gotten out of running the two 3300mah batteries is more than enough. So far 40 minutes plus.

    • @wattage2007
      @wattage2007 Місяць тому +1

      @@FlyTimeRC Yeah, depends how far you want to go. My max flights are about 70 minutes with a 9000Mah but that's pushing my endurance of standing in one spot staring at a screen 🤣

    • @FlyTimeRC
      @FlyTimeRC  Місяць тому

      @@wattage2007 exactly. I could fly longer but especially when it's 30 degrees out I just don't want to stand around for 45 minutes plus. Also range ive gone about 2.5 miles away with my current o3 air unit so time isn't a issue. I've been really happy with my set ups though.

    I have a question. Im working on a plane with 1.1kg weight and a 920kv motor with 620g of thrust. I dont know if it Will fly or not ?

    • @FlyTimeRC
      @FlyTimeRC  Місяць тому +1

      @@anasyt7009 I don't think it will work. You'll have to be at full throttle all of the time just to try to fly. You really need closer to 900 grams of thrust at least but I always shoot for 1.5 times thrust to the weight so I can fly at lower throttle and have plenty of power when needed. I think you'll have to find a prop and battery combo that gets you closer to that 900 grams of thrust mark at least. Also consider air speed. If you have a heavy plane with relatively low wind area it will need to fly faster to keep from stalling so you may need more thrust and also pitch speed. But if you have a lot of wing area and a relatively low wing loading you just may get away with lower pitch speed and lower thrust. I think a good rule of thumb with most planes is trying to get 75%+ of the planes weight of thrust and it will fly.
