Ingredients
○ 2 Onions - Chopped
○ 4-5 Cloves Garlic - Chopped
○ Few sprigs of Fresh Thyme/2tsp Dried Thyme
○ 1 Leek - Sliced
○ 250g Mushrooms - Sliced thick
○ 75g Unsalted butter
○ 3-4 Tbsp Plain Flour
○ 400ml Chicken Stock (400ml Water + 2 Chicken Stock Cubes
○ 100ml Milk/Double Cream
○ 600g Chicken Breast - Cubed
○ Salt & Pepper to Taste
