    Thank you for the teaching given at the beginning. I've been using these videos and find the practice fascinating. In normal meditation it's easy for me to remain in the "silent" mode and to become aware of distractions. The NSDR is something even deeper. The "distractions" are not verbal thinking. For me they are exactly like dreams, with images, and situations. Becoming aware of them when I am profoundly, mouth open relaxed, is a very deep practice of sati. It's comparable to lucid dreaming without really becoming disconected from surroundings. Please, keep them coming!
