Ans for the lucky draw is (1) manager pick section for wine and (2) kitchen wares
100% the bar area! I can have my meat cooked and enjoyed at the spot. As good as from farm to table. Also the manager's pick section for the wine! Everything is filtered out and labelled clearly so I can decide quickly what to pair with my meat later at the bar area.
Lastly Roland, can you include chinese subtitle or at least the key ingredients name in chinese during your cooking videos? My mum loves your channel cooking suggest but have difficulties getting the ingredients correct😂

great recipe and presentation. two small tips though…
1. the final result is really much too grey and overcooked.
2. the ‘sheet’ in ‘sheet pan’ is best pronounced with a long vowel. say ‘sheeet’ if you need to, otherwise it ends up sounding like ‘shit pan’.
