Sir but in writing 2-3 pages of essay it will exceed the word limit so what should be done...and please tell us how we can calculate the words in essay..will we count the number of words in first line and multiply it by the number of lines or count each word individually ?
Divide it in 3 paragraphs each page, the word limit doesn't have to he exact and it's okay if it exceeds the world limit a little.

I had a doubt too. I am having a lot of problems in clarifying it as my school teachers, private tutors, and seniors. All are guiding me differently, and none of them are sure about the format.
Do we need to write the rough draft of precis in pen or pencil?
And do we need to strike off the rough draft ?
Do we need to number the rows or columns in the grid?
Do we need to write the word count in brackets below the grid?

Formal letter must contain the subject.
This is missing in the sample letter.
