Thank you for making this. Jaws is my favorite all time movie and I’ve been to Martha’s Vineyard several times wondering where some scenes were shot. Good job adding that background music from the soundtrack. You cannot go wrong with John Williams. This was such a pivotal film in movie history
I'm glad that you admitted it took too long to chug that beer 😎 I've seen Jaws hundreds of times in my life.. it's always nice to see someone else who appreciates the movie the way that I do 🦈
This is really cool! I've been to the Vineyard a few times. Being a Jaws fan I was conscious of the shooting locations but it never occurred to me to make a video. Great job putting this together👍
That guys a fan, he even put the video out on the 4th July. "tomorrows the 4th of July and these beaches will be open by this weekend", Murray Hamilton.
One thing I’d like to point out is that the scene locations are scattered all over the island many miles from each other so you will need a car to get around. Best movie ever and being there made it even more special for me.
If you want to see all the places that they filmed Jaws you're going to need a Jumbo Jet lol the only real footage of a shark was done in South Australia
Being from Cape Cod I can say that many people including me no longer go in the water. I’ve been to this beach and was like “Hell na, JAWS was filmed here for a reason”. I’ve also seen numerous Great whites here and the water is mostly dark and murky, Screw that lol
No, you chugged that beer real quick! Lol Hard to believe this movie was made in 1975 but it’s so damn good. I think it’s one of the top 10 according to AFI top 100 + films. And yet it was a nightmare to shoot for Spielberg, so many problems
hello great vid. I am planning to go up there this summer and I was wondering if you can send me the street names. On some you say so fast I cant get them. Any help? Thank you..
Great video, brother.. I’m from Massachusetts and plan on heading to MV tomorrow to film a Jaws vlog for my channel.. Think I can film it all in 2 days? I’d be staying overnight...
Great vid Justin. I could spend weeks there checking out the locations etc, after correlating the best "route" to soak it all in ! Must be an amazing surreal experience to walk the same ground as Roy Scheider etc ! Especially the "bridge area" and Edgartown (Amity) Maybe one day !🤞 Best wishes from the UK "Now fellas, let's be reasonable, this is not the time, or place, to commit some sort of a half half autopsy on a fish ! And I'm not gonna stand here and see that Alex Kitner boy spill out all over the dock !" RIP ROY SCHEIDER & ROBERT SHAW
2:33 That is not State Beach where the 4th of July was shot. The 4th of July material was shot on the other side of the inlet. That is the beach where the girl says..."Shhhhaaaark.. The Shark"

Nice and short and to the point.
I also like how you gave out the street addresses
👍
I saw Jaws in 1975 at the age of 9.5
Correction. The beach senes were filmed on the other side of the bridge. The beach tents were left there for years.
I'm glad that you admitted it took too long to chug that beer 😎 I've seen Jaws hundreds of times in my life.. it's always nice to see someone else who appreciates the movie the way that I do 🦈
Awesome video Justin! Looked amazing!
Wow so cool wish I lived there beautiful place
Jaws was such a great movie they are still trying to duplicate, shark movie after shark movie and no one is even close to Spielberg.
The amazing thing was, Spielberg had no CGI at that time. Today, even with CGI, they couldn't even make a better shark movie. Not even close...
This is really cool!

How long would it take to see most of the big spots on the island?
I have also a jaws shirt feeling proud
Great video...what's the brand of beer you were chugging?
Kool, iv gotten all the Jaws films & yes I'm a Jaws fan & I hope they make another Jaws film with Richard Dryfuss .

ROBERT SHAW
This is so cool thank you man
Quint didn't tap his Narraganset before opening.
RIP Jeffrey Voorhees. Died of the 'Rona.
He's still alive
Would love to live here live and breathe my favourite film every day lol
Me too. Unfortunately too expensive.
Me 3
I live 3 hours drive from where the shark scenes were filmed in South Australia
2:33 That is not State Beach where the 4th of July was shot. The 4th of July material was shot on the other side of the inlet. That is the beach where the girl says..."Shhhhaaaark.. The Shark"
Sounds so much like Kermit the Frog when he sings at the end! 😆😆
Hey thats my house 0:15
2:58 You should've did the Brody skip.
AWESOME!!!😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈😁🎈
Jaws is not the only movie that was filmed in Amity
There was Jaws 2 and Jaws The Revenge
But not Jaws 3
Great vid, though Quint chugged his beer a lot quicker!
Jaws location 👍
GREAT JOB WANNA BE THERE ME TOO 📽️🎞️📽️👍💪😀🍿⛱️
That's not the same house. The original house was completely destroyed and a new one built in its place.
Ouch *Oaks Bluff* :/
2:28 Wrong beach. The side you are on is the young artists side. The action all happened on the other side of the water way and in the pond.
next time do before and after so we know what we are looking at
What if go swimming there 🥴
not worth going. almost every building has been remodeled and the chiefs house and quints shack torn down.
Quints shack was a prop it was torn down after filming
