- We're on the Upper West Side at a pied-a-terre designed by Garrow Kedigian. We've definitely checked in with Garrow quite a few times over the years, and if there's one thing we've learned, it's that he loves design drama, especially in smaller spaces. And this dapper dwelling definitely has drama to spare! Check out how Garrow created a versatile home that feels bigger than it is, using high gloss paint, mirrors, and built-in seating that accentuates the light, yet maintains a mood that's both mysterious and playful.

Garrow designed this apartment beautifully. I love the high gloss on the walls and his use of mirror. The small kitchen looks sharp and extra special. Love it.

I absolutely love what he did with the apartment, love his design style and would definitely ask him to decorate my home if I could afford it lol I have to say tho that the actual building is ugly as heck, almost like a Soviet block apartment with a tiny little note of art nouveau, almost like art nouveau gone Orwellian’ly wrong. I wouldn’t live in NY if I got paid. Props to him for managing to give the New Yorkers who can afford it a home in Dystopia Town. Kedigian, when I get the coin I’ll ask you to come decorate a beautiful home for me, somewhere quiet and lush, in Europe. Keep it up, your work is absolutely gorgeous, an homage to good taste coupled with common sense, a great sense of proportion, symmetry and balance, and never ending creativity with tons of character and personality.

Being soooooo feminine myself I have never quite gotten my preference for what I think is reffered to as maybe a more masculine influenced space this space was almost perfect for this no-nonsense great grandmother 💃🏻💯❤️

We are of like minds, Garrow! I don’t see the purpose in ho-hum, hum drum decor. Decorators often throw-around terms like”luxe” and “high-end” without really understanding those concepts. Garrow actually delivers on them.
I believe many designers aim for “cozy” - but I find nothing comforting in constrained, bland, minimalistic surrounds or what are meant to be soothing environs. I find them lacking - and I feel deprived.
To my sensibility, feelings of wellness and security come from being pampered - surrounded by polished surfaces, sparkling fixtures, gleaming metals and beautiful finishes. I want to walk about my home reminded of classic architecture and Greek sculpture, to know I’m in touch with the arts and surrounded by the breadth of history. All this is what Garrow brings to the table.
His New York success speaks for itself. You can be sure that I’m avidly drinking in every observation he offers and taking note of every bit of advice he graciously shares, as I aspire to implement his aesthetic in my own abode. Wish me luck!

I just don't understand how New Yorkers live in such small spaces. I was a New Yorker until I was 5 years old. Then moved to a house in California. I think that apartment fits in my living room with room to spare.
Pod it’s mostly rural areas so far. Only rich people live in the hills of Los Angeles.

Nope don't like it. Looks too cramped and pattern over kill. This place should've been minimal furniture more open space, light and compact furniture pieces. It reminds me of an ikea store setup. very tacky.
