Turtle Island String Quartet

Unconventional musical ensemble The Turtle Island String Quartet presents an engaging program that explores non-traditional repertoire and musical styles and sounds you would not expect to hear from violin, viola, and cello. Performances include "Seven Steps to Heaven" by Miles Davis, and "Gypsy Eyes" by Jimi Hendrix (recorded in 1996 at C. D. Hylton High School in Woodbridge, VA).
