Personally I avoid all weight bearing bones like marrow bones as these can chip the enamel off the teeth or even cause teeth to fracture leading to expensive Vet bills. As I feed raw I stick to bones that are softer and cannot cause tooth damage. Also, those round marrow bones can cause choking or they can sometimes get stuck on the bottom of the dog's jaws. However, the end part of large bones, the knuckle bone I believe they are called, contain spongy bone and this is great as this part, being a joint part, is softer and should not cause tooth damage. It may cause constipation though, so keep that steamed pumkin handy.

What about raw chicken drumsticks after I’ve frozen them for a few weeks or no raw chicken?
