I have a German Shepard he listens on command train him about one week only, so smart but needs about three hours of physical, mental activity a day, I just love him 🥰🥰🥰 best dog ever would not change him for nothing!!!

@@2K9s I've lived with malinois since I'm 4. There's a difference between "bitey playing" and "killing machine". A malinois who is bitey playing might hurt you and even cause small injuries, but the intention is not to attack or hurt, it's just how dogs play, it's still friendly.

Great job! Please point out to people that getting a malinois is not for a novice dog owner. The need as much mental stimulation as they do exercise. Especially when there adolescents. Not a dog to be left alone. There nick name's are "malinuts and maligator, land shark and fur covered chainsaw" people compare them to German shepherds. They are like a German shepherd on Crack cocaine. They need a confident handler and strong leadership.. Awesome dogs.but everything they do.both good and bad .on a scale of 1 to 10 ,is gonna be 11. You need to have the time and train everyday.it pays off with a malinois like the star of this video.

She's wonderfull, as all malinois. Beware of that high bed and the slip wood floor. My malinois get an injury on the leg by jumping from a not very height place to the slipery floor ;) Best wishes :*
Don’t get a malinios unless you have at least 4 hours to spare a day. 4 hours dedicated to that dog. Every day. Wonderful dogs but working dogs and need time and contact.

Dry food is rubbish! Mine doesn't eat it just like that, only during the game. Also apples, cabbage, carrots, beans, grass)) even tangerines .. But at home, only porridge with broth and meat. Raw beef, chicken feet and pork hooves. Also fish tails and fins ... In general, a varied diet. I just feel sorry for the dogs that are fed dry shit! Do not misunderstand me, but over time you will transfer your children, and then you yourself will begin to eat something dry like dog food ... And what is it beneficial ... Stay human and treat animals like your loved ones. Although they are not people, they are the same living beings ...
Minx eats plenty of other food that’s not dry food, that’s just the main food that she eats for breakfast and dinner. During the day, she eats chicken, fruits and veggies, and bones. She is plenty happy, wet food might be better yes, but dry food is what is working for Minx.
The love and loyalty of a Belgian is amazing I have 2 females that just turned 1 and my mom and dad have 16. I couldn’t have any other dog breed. They love to being cuddled and told how smart and beautiful they’re. My dad is a retired k9 officer and helping with training mine, I’m so excited to see what they can accomplish.

Hey there can I ask about how much time you spend away leaving her I love the breed and love to work them but I'm just worried about me going for like 4 hours to work so yeah how does she handle you leaving and how long do you leave her a day thanks
We don’t usually leave her alone for that long. I’d say you could leave your mal home for that length of time, but you have to give the dog things to do like bones, treats, toys, and a kong with peanut butter. And then once you get home, you should exercise the dog a lot. There was a time where we could leave Minx in the house and she wouldn’t destroy something but now that we’ve been with her a lot through COVID she’s gotten into this bad habit where she gets into something while we’re gone. We have been working on fixing it, but it’s something to be aware of if you want to leave the dog in the house not in the crate. Hope this helps!

They are very high energy dogs, and they are meant to be working dogs like in the police force or military. They don’t make very good pets, and they also like to chase after anything that moves.

Minx costed $500 from a breeder in Mass. If you’re thinking of getting your mal trained, it will definitely cost more than $500. Minx also goes through so many balls so you also have to factor food, toys, and training into the cost. Well Minx is 2 almost 3 and she still needs to constantly be reminded of her training. But from an actual trainer I’d say it was about 2 months and then we trained her as well.

Thanks for the update! We do have a type of stair thing for her to also climb up as well but for right now she’s good with the hard wood floor.
