Sadly, Miss Henderson was to pass away a mere 4 years after this interview. It was a total shock as it was quite unexpected. So much talent and spirit, who exercised and took care of herself - and then gone! Her passing saddened me.
I always liked her. It’s funny how we can miss someone we didn’t know. I miss her.
She always looks 30 years younger than her actual age!!! So stunned to think she was ill. So heartbroken when I heard a few hours ago on the news that she's gone. Forever one of my favorite t.v. moms. I wish all children if they had to have a step mother, could have one so sweet and loving like Carol Brady. She just magically and miraculously loved her stepsons like her own sons. Same for Mike with his step daughters. So heartbroken when we lost him, Ann B. Davis or Alice a couple of years ago now Florence or Mrs. Brady. Rest in heavenly peace, Mr. Brady, Alice, and Mrs. Brady!!!
Reports said she had been well until being suddenly taken ill just prior to hospitalization.
I love her. R.I.P our lovely lady Florence Henderson.
She was amazing. Lively and positive.

I loved Florence Henderson so much I'm so devastated she's gone may god rest her beautiful talented soul my heart goes out to her four children and grandchildren during this difficult time.
Someone I know told me that he saw her on the street.
She saw him and she realized he recognized her and she smiled at him and said "Hi". He went to her and talked to her.

He asked her for an autograph. To his surprise, she was actually prepared for it. She went into her hand bag, got a photo of her from the time of the "Brady Bunch"
and signed it "(His first name), thanks for everything, you gave me a really big lift when I really needed it. Florence Henderson." That overwhelmed him.
He said the woman was more than just cordial and it was an experience he never forgot.
Then he started looking her up on the internet and read that she herself found out
that in a sense she became a substitute imaginary mother for many, because of the show and tried her best to make anyone feel good whenever someone recognized her.
He realized that the autograph she gives out was a way of giving someone a lift in their life time.
He was really sad when she passed a few years ago.
Ohhhh. Mrs. Brady got her groove on.

Florence looks good to be in her 80's. Still tripping off her making the comment to Matt about wanting to be a friend with benefits. The kitty kat is still purring lol.
I saw Bad Grandmas yesterday. It was dated 2017. I thought Florence had passed away somewhere within this time?
So I researched it a bit. It was filmed & produced in 2015 & released a month before she died in 2017.
She actually was funny & did well with her costars. Although many may think this was a clunker of a movie? It was alright and knowing she was up in age? She still appeared fabulous, very much like Betty White! I know Betty has several more years on her than Florence. But it's nice to see these senior veteran actresses still active. God bless her and thanks for all the memories!

@Anne Liesveld Seems pretty messed up and unfair in a way that Florence, the youngest of ten siblings, had several actually survive her. The most recent Henderson sibling to pass was on December 3, aged 94.
That's actually the best way to go, live long (82) active and healthy and then suddenly die. Unlike other poor people that spend years with debilitating painful diseases.
Right... She lived a long life. She had a lot of success. 77 is about what you get🤷🏼♂️. She was blessed

wow 1:25 she looks, sounds great .. very lucid and cognitively sound .. and physically active according to herself .. yet died just a year and a half later after this interview of heart failure .. the body can't be trusted .. it can go at any moment
