Glad you are back on your feet. I have several of your templates & your videos are very informative. I would like to see a video showing how to machine sew one of these wallets. For those of us that no longer hand sew.
Thanks. It’s in my blood. My family is full of teachers and Methodist ministers. I don’t really fit the minister profile though so I’ll teach! Ha ha ha
I hope you do an old-school bi or tri-fold biker/trucker wallet with an eyelet for a wallet chain and a zippered coin pocket, also snaps closed with 2 snaps on the corners. Maybe option t-pocket/ slit and Tyvek pocket. Love your patterns and the videos that accompany them. Learned how to leather craft from you and Don during 2020, learned a lot and it kept me sane with all the 2020 fun.
Sup Aaron I see that you have the 2.0 the trifold wallet is awesome that is there a tyvek version of it just asking have a great holiday Aaron and Jeannie Sue and also the people at makers leather supply Merry Christmas Aaron and Janie Sue! 🇺🇸
Aaron, I know I'm late to the game, but I just have to throw my comment in the pot. This is more for any other new leathercrafters who watch this than for you, obviously. You're using your acrylic templates as a protective base because you don't have a piece of glass for skiving and creasing. Of course you want to protect your cutting mat from nicks and burns. But darling, it looks like that cutting mat is sitting on top of a slab of granite. Why not just move over a skitch and use the granite to skive and crease on? You ain't going to nick it and you sure as heck can't burn it. I'm going to let you blame the covid for this one. :D
Personally I dislike trifold for the same reasons you mentioned. I make a money clip wallet that fits the same amount of cards as a trifold, and is palm sized. Old habits die hard and are keeping the trifold alive.
Thank you for your videos. You are very relatable if that makes sense.
Bravo. Thank you so much brother.

Good to see your feeling better we all wish you and your family the best over the holidays and new years
Glad you're back on your feet!! Bad Ass wallet! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next!
You are a pretty darn good teacher...

Glad you're back to being healthy. I haven't had it either, I hope you didn't jinx me!
Can you say what temp and which tip you're using with your creaser for the pockets?
@jamesleatherwood3196 creaser is set on power 4 of 10 and it's a 1.5mm creaser

Only reason I don't move over is because I don't want to move the camera stuff too. Ha ha ha
Love everything you do, sir! @@makersleathersupply1220
