Nalintha Lala Nalintha Thank you so so much! I’m literally so happy. The smallest progress ever but it’s progress. Today I actually took my first real steps too. It felt so weird to put weight through my leg but I’m over the moon. It’s all in today’s vlog xx as I said, tiny progress but I’m so happy xxxx
Lilly Sabri wonderful darling... would call it huge progress! Every step you make physically and mentally is huge babe... Your mind is your foundation for everything, healthy mind will resonate inside you, helping you body in the healing process, I think you will surprise yourself in this journey you are on at the moment.. it’s not forever. Seasons come and go... 🤗 keeping us all inspired too. You don’t have to be perfect, and some days you won’t be ok (and that’s ok too!!) remind yourself each time how far you have come... it will keep on getting better...❤️🙏🏽😘

Hey lovely Casey! So I did a lottttt of research for you, I also asked some of my nutrition specialist friends and there is no solid evidence that they need to be ground. The layer on a chia seed is so thin that it can be absorbed very easily. Flaxseed however is much better ground. I hope that helps xxxx
