    My little sister usually comes to my room when i am doing exercises and she says are you doing the smiling ladies exercises and if she sees your video she always wants to do with me. Shortly me and my sister loves you so much. Your energy is GREAT ! ❤️

BUT I'm determined to keep positive to achieve my goals and most importantly to be happy xx So glad you're enjoying the daily vlogs lovely- anything in particular you want to see? xx

    Hi darling. I needed this as a mum I rush my food intake by reaching and eating crap choices. I'm breast feeding so it's important I drink 2-3 litres of water, but sometimes I reach for the caffeine so naughty. So thankful for this. I saw your insta stories yesterday yay for the one cruch- slowly but surely you're getting their xxxx

      Candice you beauty. I didn't realise you were one of my mummies xx I totally hear you... I'm a caffeine addict. BUT it's all about little hacks, living and loving life and just finding balance. I think sometimes we forget that health comes from the inside out xx Aww thank you- I'm so so happy about the one crutch but I'm now exhausted today haha! Honestly my poor body is like - What have you done to me haha xx

      Hey! I'm also still breastfeeding my baby. Don't worry about the coffee (it doesn't affect baby at all, unless the baby is super sensitive)!
      So enjoy that cup (or two!) Of coffee. I sure do, it's something that keeps me going when I'm so exhausted and in a bad mood.

    I always used to go to the gym.... due to lock down I started exercise at home (wich I hated) and then I met you on the UA-cam!!!!I love it working out at home) thanks 👍 Lilly

    Hi sissy .I am from India and i really like all your fitness videos and i do them continuously.i started it before 1 week......I am 14years old and i weigh 52 KGS,even though my upper body is slim i have got a really big thighs.😣 ..i will keep up my effort🤞👍

    Hi Lilly, love this, great little hacks, yeah I always have a bottle in bed next to me for years, I'm currently having issues with sleep too, as you know I'm injured too and like you not really able to go out and do much, the breakfast hack is a good one too, will have to do that, I did the IG new workout yesterday it's tough, but did t do the YT one naughty Simon lol will do tomorrow after the Hospital, I have saved some of your workouts from here and saved to my phone, so I can smash them whenever I want. You take care of yourself and stay awesome.

    Is it bad if I miss a day of workout? I workout 7 days a week but I today I didn’t feel like working out I felt weak and tired.

      Nop. It's actually really important to rest. It almost as important as the workout itself. 7 days in a row is a lot and if your body want to rest then rest. Listen to your body, it really knows what is doing. Hope it helps❤️❤️
