fyi different shots work different underwater, with said guns don't be afraid to look up bowgun guides due to the MH "tell you nothing"(I believe Phemeto made a guide recently on 3U)

seeing pellets rapid fire gives me PTSD from when i played online. it easly staggers hunter and you don't even need to try to hit.
I can only see fun times online if you main Pellets.
Also i can't wait to see the future of this series

This will count as my first real exposure to PLAYING monster hunter. I have Generations on 3DS, but have 3U on Wii U AND 3DS. I’m just starting out but I’ve always had a little interest in the series, but the community, and the recent announcement of MH Wilds has made me decide to jump back into the series with 3U.
Ah it’s nice to finally see the adventures continue once again, and while it’s still lamentable that Portable 2nd G had to be sacrificed, 3 Ultimate is a fantastic entry and this is gonna be good.
I hope that one day, we'll be able to go back and re-boot a new series with MHFU. But thanks for staying with us since then!

@XZeroik it might fix you're problem with the second screen of a 3ds, all of mine just shows like normal. Same HD textures can be used

May i ask what you're using for 60 fps, please? When I was reaching 60fps, the camera would rotate insanely fast
And if you might be able to share any info on the hd textures youre using, it would be very much appreciated 😁
im just using a cheat code that makes the game lock at 60fps. I also had an issue with the camera going fast but the 60fps cheat code locks it in.
As for the HD Textures, you can get them from joining the Monster Hunter HD Project discord

Looking at the Mangled Upscaled art assets when a texture pack using WiiU assets probably would have been better
the game is so beautiful, and a def jump to what it was
Wii u version might be less of a hassle to stream overall

I'm a spoiled baby-man, I'm too weak to play gunner weapons in older games after experiencing World and Rise. Aiming in the older games sucks so bad lol
played my gunner in world today and holy cow what a difference. The struggle is half the fun though!

If you're really close to the monsters and use the Gesture of Shadowbox (it was Taunt in Freedom Unite)
The punches will actually do damage
Cheap damage but still it's funny 🤣
I've killed some small monsters by doing that
You can even punch the hell put of killed monsters, not the captured ones

3 Ultimate was the game that got me into the series. I got it again for the 3ds before the eshop got snapped. At the moment, farming Rathalos for a plate, need it for the last armor piece.
MH3U was also was truly got me into the series, glad you went back to enjoy the masterpiece again!

Lovely video, though if I may give a bit of feedback: Either have the game soundtrack OR add in your own BGM. Having both run on top of each other is slightly ear melting.
I noticed when I was editing that the volume was a bit high and clashed a bit with my own stuff. I have since tuned down the BGM and hopefully there should be less clash. Thank you for that amazing feedback!

That's the 3DS version. The 3DS version never had online multiplayer.

if you go back, you'll see there was a video made regarding MHFU. There was complications and I could no longer continue to story that was made for it. Maybe one day we'll go back, but in the meantime, we had to skip to MH3U

The 3Ds has such garbage textures. Even the hd version on the WiiU. So disappointing. Still an amazing game.
I think the textures are cute in their own right, for being a dated game. The HD textures are amazing, but the true power comes from sharpening the text on screen for us all to read
@@XZeroik it’s just weird that the Wii has better textures at times. And different lighting and color palettes.
A recommendation for the future, if you ever fight fatalis again: there is a clip of Demi lovato saying hi fatty. Use it wisely.
