I moved out of Hanover park a couple of months ago & just seeing you drive through places I've been to when i was younger brings back memories like driving through Bloomingdale reminder me of simpler times
Interesting. Back in the 70's, Grandma's houses were in Evergreen Park, Homewood Flossmoor, Uncle in South Holland...so... To trip back on Army Trail rd. seems so foreign. My family moved to Louisville, KY. in late 1979. I was 13 yrs. old then. Been back for a few funerals and weddings. The cost of living is crazy high up there, plus after living in the foothills of the Apalachin mountains and the Ohio River Valley.... I always love coming back here though my hometown is Hanover Park.
