At 1:03:00. Top Nothch Burgers Some of the best burgers anywhere. Haven't been there in 50 years! Then, turning left at Evergreen Plaza, I worked there in 1983-84. Was teh manager of teh KFC there. Used to go to the movies, too. My Mom's Aunt worked at the Kresge dime store there in the 60's. There used to be a Prince Castle Ice Cream Hamburger place out front on Western south of where Mongtgomer Wards used to be.

Wow you drove through my old neighborhood in Hammond my husband use to work at St Margaret Hospital now they are tearing it down. My childhood neighborhood is the south side of Chicago...great video!

This is great cause I was born here and went to elementary school but my parents then moved me to Florida when I was ten in 1976 but I'm now trying to move back to Oak Lawn soon.

@ the 19th minute, driving by what used to be Evergreen Country Club on the left, and the right side is Beverly Country Club, which is still private. They used to hold the Western Open golf tournament there decades ago, before it moved to Butler, then Cog Hill. The Western Open was the oldest PGA tournament but they ended it soon after they started the FedEx Cup playoff system. I went to the last Western Open. At the 23rd minute, Little Company of Mary Hospital, my Great Aunt lived a few blocks away. 34th minute, the broadcast towers for WVON radio on the NE side of 87th and Kedzie. 51st minute, we used to get off at the Beverly stop to visit my Aunts and Uncle's a few miles east of there. You turned left on Laflin a few blocks from where they lived, south of Brainerd Park. Thanks for the ride back home!
