Moved out of state 4 years ago, normally come back to visit twice a year; July 4th and Christmas week. Very, very sad that I can't go home now. I have worked in the original World Trade Center to Soho, midtown and Harlem. Also went to high school on 50th Street in Manhattan. Born and raised in Queens, also lived in Nassau County for 15 years until I left. I will get back. God will see to it. RIP Mommy and Dad, 5/5/20 & 5/14/20 now in a Brooklyn/Queens border and a Suffolk County (veteran) cemetery. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL VIDEO. I lived on Roosevelt Island for 10 years since i was born in 2000. Its such a hidden gem. Im so happy theres a vid i can watch to just look at it all over again.
Peaceful and relaxing, just close your eyes while listening and you are in a different world, all alone in a world of your own. Makes you forget all your stress.
I went to New York in early January 2020. After returning to my country, the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. From that day on, I started to miss New York day by day. I have traveled to many countries around the world, but I have never missed a city like this since I visited. Even now, when I see the places I have been to on UA-cam, I feel as if I am there. 😔
I have visited NY some 50 times and lived there for a year in both Hoboken/Jersey City Heights and The Bronx. Amazing, electric, and powerful city. Love NYUSA.

This is a lovely cinematic video of a great city. It is about 4 years now, so I wonder if the creator still reads the comments. My only observation is about the sound. Sometimes creators need to remember ultimately the value of sound. I had to shut down the sound and play it with a different type of music in the background, which made a huge difference. At least for me. Overall great job. The shooting, post-production, camera angles, and effects were very nice.
I've viewed this on numerous occasions, and its allure remains timeless. I aspire for my Ghana walk videos to come out with such beauty. Here's to the hope that I'll reach that level someday.
NYC is so beautiful & fun! The architecture is so historical & beautiful! I loved the apple pie in the diners! haha This is awesome & wonderful to see. My husband's visited NYC 5 times & myself once. We love it! He's even bought us tickets, quite some years ago now, for us to retravel there, but bec of Covid & now bec of work & other personal commitments, we've been forced to postpone our trip to NY. As soon as we can visit, we surely will! Thanks for sharing & to all, my best wishes. Peace
