I love how you showed the inside of your filled canner. When I first started canning I didn't know you could mix recipes or that you could use a water filled jar to take up space. These are the kinds of tips that help to take away the stress of learning to can.
I love when creators share recipes that are in books I own but haven't tried! For some reason that's all the inspiration that I need to try new recipes!
I learned canning later in life and I love seeing all the recipes I never dreamed of before. I have never thought of something savory being a jam. My mind is opened up so much.

This is my first year for canary what a great play on words. I had stopped canning so I gave a my jars away because we were moving to an area that has a very short growing season, the closest Farmers market in the summer is 140 miles. Long stoey short once canning gets in your blood you can not stop. So Thank- you all for keeping it going.

I have never tried tomato jam but my dear friend Sarah loved it. I love tomatoes so I will have to try thus in memory of her who died from covid. She raised her kids, grandchildren and was raising her great grandkids. I miss her laugh. 😢
