Canning proteins for the pantry is a total win! I love that I don't have to take up extra space in my freezer storing meat but the biggest win is being able to have the ability to put together a meal in under 15 minutes!!! Thank you for sharing

We roasted off cubes, raw packed cubes, added deli olives salad and brine in some, some plain, bbq rubbed some, and have loved super fast sandwiches, bbq meals, and covered baked potatoes ❤️Loved meat prep in this demo❤️ we save our bones and fat to use later, also!

I need to check into this canner. I want to start pressure canning but have always been intimidated by conventional pressure canners. I have an instant pot, which I know is much different.
I watched a bunch of videos on different electric canners before I bought a Nesco. I was intimidated by the traditional ones as well but am so glad I finally got one. I started with beans. This Canuary series is very interesting. I’m learning a lot of new information.

After buying a digital canner one year ago I never took it out of the box because I heard negative feedback with digital canners not being safe and unreliable. I have had mixed emotions. Mine pressure cans at 15 psi, which is what I do in my All American. I feel confident that it’s getting the job done successfully, but I won’t go without my All American for larger loads. If you decide to NOT use it, sell that beauty and get some money back! Thanks for watching, and happy canning!
I have a nesco digital canner and LOVE it! I leave it on my cabinet and use it to not only make "fresh" recipes, but also to can leftovers such as gumbo, soup, roast and gravy, etc. Use it all the time! Thank you for this recipe.

I started canning jams and jellies in 1972 when jars were sealed with paraffin! I was living in a camping trailer in the middle of nowhere Montana. Once we moved to Missouri, I added bread and butter pickles to my repertoire! I retired I. 2019 after 45 years in the classroom. That is when I tried pressure canning for the first time. I’ve canned dry beans and a couple kinds of soup. I’m now ready to add meals in a jar. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
My mom taught for 30+ years, here in Missouri, although she is leaving the canning to me! I’m sure you have filled a lot of jars in your time. Thanks for watching, and I hope to see you back soon!

I love my Presto electric canner. It is a game changer for a busy household. I can get it out and do smaller batches and not have to worry. It was a gift from my husband, and I love it. I still use my traditonal canner, but not when things are hetic.

I love my Presto electric canner. It is a game changer for a busy household. I can get it out and do smaller batches and not have to worry. It was a gift from my husband, and I love it. I still use my traditonal canner, but not when things are hetic.
