Having you encouraging us and making us smile is like having a coach urging us on through the whole video. Thank you for another great workout.
One year ago I weighed 234 lbs at 5'7".I was on meds for hypertension, cholesterol and anxiety. My Doctor told me my A1C level was 1 point away from being pre-diabetic. I was ashamed that I strayed so far at age 60 from a healthy lifestyle with 6 lovely grandchildren to enjoy. I started a food diary to get my nutrition on track and started walking. I finally mastered Rick's 10,000 step program and added 2lb hand-weights last month. I've lost over 50 pounds, averaging 1lb a week now, continuing to tone muscle and lose inches. I am completely off all the meds and continue to lower my A1C level. Thanks Rick 😊 🙏

I have rheumatoid Arthritis, work as a cleaner (which helps with joint stiffness but cant lose weight with it) and struggle with prolonged weight workouts, then I discovered your channel. I have never in my life had so much fun with a workout and I smiled my whole way through! Never encountered a more positive human being honestly wow! Gonna do that at least 5 times a week now just for the sake of happy boosts :))))
Came here from a video I saw on TikTok! Omgggggg I LOVE this! The energy you have is so motivating. I struggle to get 10k steps in during the week with working from home but this was so fun! Defo excited about coming back tomorrow as challenging myself to remember the next steps without looking at the prompt 😉 thanks so much!!!

Shared our group with my WW group, invited friends on Facebook and yesterday shared the 10,000 step workout to Facebook! Thought I would be sore for sure today after doing all the moves in the new workout. But I'm not...reved up and ready to do a repeat today and nail the vibe step. Thanks so much for all you do!! 😁😁
I decided to challenge myself to get to 10,000 steps a day by doing just 1000 steps an hour with this video. I’m stuck at home as a still unemployed bartender so this has actually turned my fitness around. I’m so grateful for your walking workouts. They really are fun and I’m on my 15th day topping 10000 steps and I don’t plan on stopping!
I found this video yesterday after doing Ed and Bruno workouts. I start doing it saying to myself that its okay if i don't reach it at the first time...i struggled in the middle but i keep going, i beat my mind that was saying stop. AND I FINISH IT!! First time and i did it, i can't believe it. Thank you!!
I was so over confident starting this until about 5000 steps 😆😆 omg I thought about stopping but pushed through. The last 10 mins in between looking like I had 2 left feet and a stroke I only could give 50% effort. Still burned 570 cals though! I loved this workout. Knee, back and hip friendly. 25 lbs down, 26 to go!
love your 10,000 step workout. do you have another one? also, have you considered making a 15,000 step work out? would love that! hank you so much for sharing.😁
I'm embarrassed to say I have been doing your workouts daily for over 2 months and just realized (while doing one of your speed walking videos) that I hadn't subscribed yet!! 🤦♀️. I'm on it now! I appreciate you and your videos so much!! Thank you!
I just completed this workout and it was amazing and challenging, but very doable. If you haven't done it yet, its only 1 hour out of your day. Give it a try!!!
Rick, I just found you a few weeks ago on UA-cam and man, I am in love with your workouts. Great for those of us who are of a certain age( for me, 59) and trying to make sure we stay fit and healthy without raising our Cortisol. Your workouts are so fun and motivating. TY for all you do for this community!
Yessss! Never in my life have I enjoyed and smiled through an hour long workout!! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the USA and I’m beyond grateful for you and your workouts! You truly have changed my life for the better. Thank you❤️
@@lotuslabradorite5539 yes I have a fit bit. I fell off due to stress with life but I’m back on it. I’m six month’s post partum and I need to look great for summer I’m turning 36 in May! But I love this workout
That's amazing! Have you tried the workout again, and, if so, were you able to get to the 10,000 steps in an hour after all? Just curious, because I'm thinking about trying it for some variety, but I want the steps to register on my Fitbit.
Followed this on mute with headphones in, still felt the energy - literally electric, such good vibes. Can’t believe how quickly time flew! Thank you!!
I'm going to be adding this to my routine. 5 times a week, every evening. I wonder how this doesn't have millions of views. I'm feeling the vibes already.
This is the best out of all of your videos IMHO. Love the music and scenery. Find myself humming the music when not watching this as I am that obsessed. This is my husband’s account so it will really annoy him if you like it. 👍
I can’t believe I did this all in one go. At the end I felt so happy I could have cried tears of joy (but I didn’t because I’m a G!) Thank you for bringing us this opportunity to be healthy. Blessings to you, your wife and your little girl!
Did it from start to finish without stopping! What an amazing workout! The music is pumping and the whole workout was super fun!!!!!! Burnt over 612 kcal Steps came to 8800+
Just completed this entire workout! I felt so good at the end. My goal is to complete this workout 5 days per week. The music and Rick's energy make this so fun, and the time just flies by!
I just wanted to say thank you, I have been in chronic pain for about two years and on my birthday in March I found out one of the reasons was I was extremely low in Vitamin D. I thought I would try exercise to help with pain control. I used to take my dogs for two long walks a day but that was all I did. In April I thought Id add an extra 5000 steps a day, that got too easy so I added 7500. Then I found your workouts and they brought new energy into my life AND they are helping massively with my pain. I now do a minimum of 20,000 steps a day and I am buzzing, cannot remember being this positive for such a long time. So from the bottom of my heart Rick, thank you.
This is my favourite workout atm, I always say I'll attempt 7500 steps and then the music just keeps you going to the end! More 10,000 step workouts with this kinda music would be brilliant please! x
I just found you! Loving the workouts...lost 30lbs last year and avoided cholesterol meds because of walking workouts with weight training and bellydancing. As a veteran dancer...these dancing walks have really helped me condition and get back to 115lbs!!! Thank you ♥️
New to this channel but I decided to step up the game and try this for the first time today. I did it! I stretched afterwards, showered and slept for over 2 hours. These steps you can truly feel in your legs. Thank you for this. It was fun!
I’m currently 251lbs and trying to lose weight (-30lb down then broke my ankle and gained 10lb back🤦🏼♀️) Found this really fun to do, kept my attention the whole time, didn’t find it too high impact for my ankle and managed to keep up with it although my watch only says I did 8.1k steps I’m still super happy! So glad I came across this and I’ll be sticking around. Thanks for making such an uplifting and motivating video!
1st 10,000 with you. I've been doing the 2,000 prior to work for a few weeks but I was off today and decided to give this a go. Definitely a workout!!!
I absolutely love this workout and all the others as well. As a former dancer, I love how the steps are choreographed and I love you too Rick! You are so uplifting. I laugh throughout each workout. Thanks so much!
I'm the Quinn of laziness. I only love swimming but now with the lockdown its impossible. I couldn't find an exercise to motivate me at home until I came across to this video 😃. I did it easy, it was fun and somewhere at the last 10min I realized I wanted more. Nice job, thank you. I hope you made a video with 20,000 steps.
Such an amazing workout! I've lost 30 kg in 8 months with walking workouts; this has to be my favourite given the great energy, beautiful location, and fun moves. Thank you, Rick, so glad I've found your channel.
I walk with you every day now Rick. I smash through 10k to 20k steps a day and I have lost 10kg since January. I am 40 and I have 4 kids from 20 months to 11 years. Walking is my life and it is great listening to your motivation. Here is to 200 more watch hours from me in 2021 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
you absolute superstar!! This is amazing, I'm so proud and happy for you. Thats a result of all your hard work!! Thank you for your support and big hugs to you and your family
Today I weighed myself and measured arms, thighs and waist. I've lost 9llb, 2 inches from each thigh, 1 inch from arms and 1 inch from waist. Myself personally, inches are more important to me, that's why I measured myself too. Happy is an understatement of how I feel. This will be the first summer in a long time that I wont be wearing all long summer dresses. A few shorter ones is on the cards for me....can't wait. My confidence has hit an all time high. I do this video 5 days a week. Thank you so much Rick for providing us all with these workouts.
@@RickBhullarFitness Thanks Rick for taking the time to reply. I enjoy all your workouts but this one seems to make me work harder and I still enjoy it everytime. The feeling I get afterwards when I've cooled down is amazing. The energy I have for the day is great 😃
I have been doing this off and on for about a year, especially during the winter months. It never gets old! Love it so much. There’s really nothing that compares to this class.
First time I did this workout I stopped at 35mins but today I completed it and I feel so accomplished. It was fun entertaining. Simply the best walk at home workout , no let me rephrase that you have the best workouts on YT!!
NEVER ever did I think I would do your 10000 step video. I know me my attention span sucks that is why I love walking outdoors with my pace music. Well today I was busy got home with 6000 steps remaining. Toss up between my steps n my dinner...n stepping won. I fed the family then went to my workout space. Started stepping and said when I reached 6000, I would stop. Well, when you are 6000 in may as well go all the way. And you kept the challenge on to get all the steps right with cueing, without cueing..it was fun. Thanks. I still like outside better but this was a close 2nd😅
I have been doing this workout almost everyday and it is improving my mental health and I feel physically more energised! Also Rick is so fun to hang out with omg.
Thank you for uploading this. This is my day 1 and in doing this 30 days to challenge myself and see how much weight i lose with diet control ofcourse. Wish me luck ..
I was going to break this into a couple sessions over the day starting on my lunch break. I got so into it that I only stopped twice for approximately 2 minutes because my work phone rang. 10,000 steps and an hour seemed like so much at first but you know how to make people want to take on their own self doubts and push through. I have been loving your workouts, Rick! I am on a long journey to become a better version of me and dancing it out with you daily has been a huge impact so thank you for sharing with us.
OMG. I love this! It's my first time, but I only made it to 3000 steps before tiring out. In fact, in my struggle to keep up with your choreography, I accidentally punched myself in the head when trying to "add my own" style.😏 Still, there may be hope for me, yet! I love this. Thank you!🙏❤
@@noryoakes2871 Thank you so much! Believe it or not, I'm just seeing your response today. For being a senior, I'm not only in better shape physically today than two years ago , but getting much better with online resources, as well!😂

Wow I love love love this video. I’m very overweight and I thought I’d push and see how far I could go the very first time. 57 minutes. Go me 😊 not bad for fat and 50 . I love how Rick talks through it so you don’t get bored and he’s funny and very positive. Thank you Rick for this video. Very happy I’ve done three days in a row and yesterday I did 1 hour and 15 minutes.
This was cool. I’m 69 and did this on my rebounder. Arms were limited as I have bilateral rotator cuffs but this was suitable. Thanks and more with that scenery
When I first started this video, it was 2:52am. I got up and did it to see how far I could go (my goal was 5000 steps) but as I accomplished one milestone, I set another one, and so on and so forth. Next thing I knew I was at the 9000 step mark and absolutely REFUSED to stop there. I’ve never been so motivated in my life and I really appreciate you for helping me believe in myself

Thanks so much for all your support team.

Can you do a 5K Walk Video. I Love Your Music. 💜

Thank you. Just what I needed on a grey wet day in the UK.
@@mbgirl63 thats so awesome, thanks so much for sharing as well :-)
I decided to challenge myself to get to 10,000 steps a day by doing just 1000 steps an hour with this video. I’m stuck at home as a still unemployed bartender so this has actually turned my fitness around. I’m so grateful for your walking workouts. They really are fun and I’m on my 15th day topping 10000 steps and I don’t plan on stopping!
I like the spirit you can do it
I found this video yesterday after doing Ed and Bruno workouts.
I start doing it saying to myself that its okay if i don't reach it at the first time...i struggled in the middle but i keep going, i beat my mind that was saying stop. AND I FINISH IT!! First time and i did it, i can't believe it. Thank you!!
Woohoo! Well done you!
Anyone else here today! The air outside is unhealthy today so yay for Rick and his workouts! Thank you ! ❤️👏👏
You're so welcome!
My sidewalks and roads are covered in ice today… So here we go! 💪🏻
Hey sister you got some results. Like fat loss???
love your 10,000 step workout. do you have another one? also, have you considered making a 15,000 step work out? would love that! hank you so much for sharing.😁
9035 steps. 914 calories burnt. Great simple but effective step workout. Thanks for this.
I'm embarrassed to say I have been doing your workouts daily for over 2 months and just realized (while doing one of your speed walking videos) that I hadn't subscribed yet!! 🤦♀️. I'm on it now! I appreciate you and your videos so much!! Thank you!
Haha that's hilarious, thank you so much! I appreciate it a lot!
I just completed this workout and it was amazing and challenging, but very doable. If you haven't done it yet, its only 1 hour out of your day. Give it a try!!!
I want more 10000 steps work outs! Thanks for your enthusiasm!
You're so welcome!
Yessss! Never in my life have I enjoyed and smiled through an hour long workout!! Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the USA and I’m beyond grateful for you and your workouts! You truly have changed my life for the better. Thank you❤️
Thanks for the lovely words, means a lot!!
I do this workout everyday. I love Rick’s happy, positive energy. It keeps me motivated.
Everyday?! Wow great job!
@@lotuslabradorite5539 yes I have a fit bit. I fell off due to stress with life but I’m back on it. I’m six month’s post partum and I need to look great for summer I’m turning 36 in May! But I love this workout
How's your pp journey so far with adding this x
Can we have another 10000 step work out?! Maybe a little more challenging. Love this one so much
599 calories burned but apparently only 8602 steps - I obviously wasn’t slapping my knees hard enough haha! Loved this and your energy, thank you!
Hi,What is your weight and height?
That's amazing! Have you tried the workout again, and, if so, were you able to get to the 10,000 steps in an hour after all? Just curious, because I'm thinking about trying it for some variety, but I want the steps to register on my Fitbit.
Followed this on mute with headphones in, still felt the energy - literally electric, such good vibes. Can’t believe how quickly time flew! Thank you!!
6002 Steps, 641 calories, 3.9 miles and I didn’t miss a step. 🎉 Proud of myself even though my counter didn’t track 10k steps.
Well done, what an absolute inspiration you are!
I'm going to be adding this to my routine. 5 times a week, every evening. I wonder how this doesn't have millions of views. I'm feeling the vibes already.
It does now
This is the best out of all of your videos IMHO.
Burnt over 612 kcal
Steps came to 8800+
Rick is the TRUTH! If you happen to fall off your Fitness Journey as I did. The 10k Workout is the way back! Thank you for all you do for so many!
NEVER boring- I use my own music & change it up - have done this workout over 100 times - best one on UA-cam.
Please keep doing these walking videos, they’re really helpful!
I’m 57 and I completed it. I just found out about him and I appreciate his workouts
how many calories did you burn?
I did it, yippee........ofcourse in about 2 hours but so proud. Thank you Ricky. Tomorrow here I come!
Rick, you will never know the difference you have made in my life and so changed my attitude about exercise. Thank You!
Thank you ♥️
well done
New to this channel but I decided to step up the game and try this for the first time today. I did it! I stretched afterwards, showered and slept for over 2 hours. These steps you can truly feel in your legs. Thank you for this. It was fun!
Awesome! Welcome to the Vibe Tribe
After doing Rick’s 3000 and 5000 steps for 2 weeks I finally got enough courage to attempt the 10,000. Smashed it! Great workout!!
Still the BEST 10k step video. I keep coming back 😂 started in Jan 2021 and it's now Jan 2022 and I cannot find a better one.
That's so kind of you thanks so much! There's a 10k accumulator 2 on the membership, few members reckon it's better ;-) haha thanks for your support
Thanks!
You know that you're actually doing double a workout with your talking!
I could not do that myself😊
I am walking 20,000 steps a day
I’m currently 251lbs and trying to lose weight (-30lb down then broke my ankle and gained 10lb back🤦🏼♀️)
Found this really fun to do, kept my attention the whole time, didn’t find it too high impact for my ankle and managed to keep up with it although my watch only says I did 8.1k steps I’m still super happy! So glad I came across this and I’ll be sticking around.
Thanks for making such an uplifting and motivating video!
Just keep going! 💪
1st 10,000 with you. I've been doing the 2,000 prior to work for a few weeks but I was off today and decided to give this a go. Definitely a workout!!!
Fantastic!
Ah Lor that is so so wonderful to hear, I'm so glad. Well done to you for taking action and getting those results!!! Absolutely brilliant
Thank you so much for your videos, as a person with Arthritis I do them at my own pace the best I can. God bless you so much!!💐
thats brilliant Eva, make the workout your own is the theme :-)
@@RickBhullarFitness ☺💐💚yes I have to definitely modify but thanks for making it fun.
Thank you!
Best 10k step workout in YT. Been doing this everyday for almost a month already. Hello from the Philippines!
My thirteen year old son and I started doing your workouts last week and we absolutely love them. Thank you so much for what you do 💕💕
That's very awesome to hear, thank you so much!
Thank you Rick for the 10,000 steps walking workout..it is awesome..❤🙏
You are so welcome!
OMG. I love this! It's my first time, but I only made it to 3000 steps before tiring out. In fact, in my struggle to keep up with your choreography, I accidentally punched myself in the head when trying to "add my own" style.😏 Still, there may be hope for me, yet! I love this. Thank you!🙏❤
Your comment gave me a good laugh! Hope you’re still going!!
@@noryoakes2871 Thank you so much! Believe it or not, I'm just seeing your response today. For being a senior, I'm not only in better shape physically today than two years ago , but getting much better with online resources, as well!😂
😅😅😂😂😂😂
Love these workouts! I just love how he makes himself laugh, makes me laugh and brightens my morning!
Loved this workout and I love that I can do it at 19 weeks pregnant :)
Thank you for making a great workout that’s accessible to mums to be!
Please can you make more like this. I really enjoy this style and there is a severe lack of them!
This is my first 10k steps. I decided to do this cause I'm feeling depressed due to a breakup. I hope I can keep this up. Will come back tomorrow. Thank you to this channel and thank you God for helping me.
You can do it 💪 🙏
Same here. You've got this 😊
Wow I love love love this video.
It's so amazing how fast the aerobic base buildd 31:06 even with extra pounds. Great job!😊
idk why that time stamp is there 😂
Amazing! Thank you so much! Loved this from start to finish, 610 calories burnt! Good vibes! 😃
This was cool. I’m 69 and did this on my rebounder. Arms were limited as I have bilateral rotator cuffs but this was suitable. Thanks and more with that scenery
Vanessa you absolute superstar!! This has made my day, it honestly means the world to me 🙂
WOW! I am feeling great! Beautiful sunset in Dubai!
When I first started this video, it was 2:52am. I got up and did it to see how far I could go (my goal was 5000 steps) but as I accomplished one milestone, I set another one, and so on and so forth. Next thing I knew I was at the 9000 step mark and absolutely REFUSED to stop there. I’ve never been so motivated in my life and I really appreciate you for helping me believe in myself
that’s amazing! keep going!
I completed straight through the first time. I really enjoyed it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND ENERGY!
First time out ............. reached 3700 steps!!! Determied to complete in a day then in the hour!!! :-)
Have you tried it again, and did you get to the 10,000 steps eventually? I was just wondering because I'm thinking about trying out this workout.
