Getting up early in the morning has never been easy for me also until i adopted these methods and made waking up early as my way of life and then experienced that my life has changed completely.
So if you want to know how to wake up early, sleep early and why should we get up early.
Let's take up this challenge and work on our biggest enemy i.e. our bad habits and make the good habits our way of life.

I cannot try this 21 day challenge because nowadays it is Ramadan (The fasting month for Muslims) and we have to wake up everyday around 02:45 for suhoor. I was also facing this problem , at night i set alarm of 6.30 and when the rang I just off that alarm I go off to sleep but now I watch this and feel very motivated and now I have to wake up early in the morning and from tomorrow I will not off alarm. Thanks Mam.💖💖

Using Alarmy is really helpful, I'm using it for 2 months. When you download Alarmy- it's better to use the option of image. So what happens by this? Before sleeping you need to click an image and the next day, you need to click the same image to stop the brainstorming alarm.
Another thing: Reading something inspirational is really helpful and also crucial. I had been doing it since last month. I'll recommend you to search for 'most powerful positive affirmations' on Google and I guarantee it will make your entire day positive and elated.
So let's get on to completing the Challenge and see our new selves after 21 Days.

1)= Ya you should take nap just for 30 minutes
2)= As a detox drink we can take coconut water or any seasonal fruit or vegetable juice
