Khabib was wearing mask to disguise his chin which was swollen becoz of mumps. And he was never tapped by Islam in the sparring session. Javier Mendez has never mentioned anything about that. He only mentioned that once Khabib was very close to tapping by Kyle Crutchmer who is a welterweight, fights in Bellator and trains at AKA. But Khabib has never tapped.
