the ingredients
- half an avocado
- half a banana
- a bit of honey
- a bit of olive oil
- two table spoons of coconut oil
- an egg
+ blend to make sure it’s not chunky

I followed her directions with regard to how to make the product. However, I first washed co-washed my hair (this happen to be my week off Shampoo) and applied a large majority of the product to my hair. I rinsed the masque off in cool water. This product did make my hair feel stronger after just one use. NOTE: There is a difference between a Masque and a Deep Condition. A Masque should be used 1x-2x per month while Deep Conditions should be done weekly. Masques can be used to strengthen hair while Deep Conditioning brings moisture. Therefore, it is unlikely that this DIY masque will result in moisturized or soft hair. It's supposed to strengthen your hair strands. Hope this helps someone.
It's not like I would do this anyway because it's got EGG in it!!!! But I think my hair is strong enough. Needs moisture. Thank you.

This Argan Life shampoo is very great and smells good too. It really helps to make your hair reach its maximum growth level. The ingredients in the shampoo as well are very good and nourishing for your hair. In a couple of months you will have softer and longer hair.

Ahh thank you for this! I'm excited to try this, my hair has been so dry lately - especially because I let my grey hair grow out and it's coarser/drier. Will you get the best results on clean hair, or can it be day 4 hair when applied? Would you also recommend to keep it overnight?

I really didn't know it was so beneficial for hair! My hair is shiny, soft. Sometimes my extensions slide away, because my hair is too soft/straight. Amazing...
I'm not about that DIY deep conditioner life lol! I tried naked hair in the house, allowing my hair to air dry with no product 2 or 3 years ago, didn't like it to much, but plan on doing it again this summer for a day or two since my hair is healthier than ever now.

I have a question about the super cream , I have a cut just like your but when I apply the cream it doesn't come out like yours . Should I be gliding it over my curls ?? Or raking it in??

I was really convinced by the ingredients you are using in this video, as they're all extra healthy and i did that hairmask today on 4b-c hair...i took a while to rinse cause the banana sticks on the curls. But after conditionning my hair is very very dry, no definition in my curls anymore and a lot of frizz ! I feel like i'm gonna wet it again and try to get back some curls but wow they are really more dry. I am surprised, i know it might have nothing to do with your method,i am just puzzled. If there is somebody in the same case as mine, would be happy to hear your experience. Thank you for this video though, very interesting contents as always 😘
There is egg in this recipe so if you are protein sensitive or already have alot of protein in your hair it could make your hair feel dry due to too much protein and not enough moisture in the hair.
You could try without the egg or use a deep conditioning mask after this treatment.
My hair drys out because I use banana and alot of shedding 😞 but its growing back without using these remedies

My hair is pretty similar to yours but in the back the curls are bigger and looser. What hair type would you say you are? (3C, 4B)? My hair is between 3B and 3C. Argan life products really the best hair growth pro duct for me. Seeing result has taken about 2 months, but the growth is notice able and I will conti nue to use.It is totally worth to try.
