    I've been fighting (and loosing) all my life with my frizzy hair, allways doing hydration treatments and using moisture products but today I put on this protein mask and the result is incredible. My curls are so curly and defined! No frizzy at all for the first time in my life!! I am SO HAPPY that I could cry just now.
    Thank you so much for the help.

    I tried this today. OMG! My hair felt like it just received a boost of strength! It smells like a banana muffin! Since I didn't have castor oil, I used jojoba oil instead. Also, I got carried away talking on the phone and cleaning the house so I left it on for about 2.5 hours. I'm still waiting for my hair to finish air-drying so I'll know the final results in a couple of hours.

    I did this hair recovery masque. I used all the ingredients except for castor oil cause I didnt have. so I used olive oil and it has left my hair really soft and with volume. I have hope and I pray that soon it will make my hair longer and return my curl pattern again. Thank You Alba!

    Alba, on behalf of my born-again hair, a huge thank you. This mask is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I did it last night (replaced castor oil with almond oil since I couldn't find it my shop), showered, washed, toweled my hair, went to bed and this morning Oh My God. My hair was dull, frizzy, dry, it looked thirsty or hungry, definitely not healthy and now it is shiny, supple, wavy. I can not stop touching, passing my fingers through it. This mask is going to be part of my life for ever. I kept the rest of the mask in the fridge to do it again next week.
    Love + Respect to you lady

    Did this without the castor oil since I don't have but I did add some rosemary water. Added coconut milk since I was very low on coconut, which I added too.
    Left it on for like two hours
    Just finished ask finished styling and my hair looks so pretty. Is not dry and limp like before. Now I can't wait for it to dry.
    I left mine for a long time because my hair needs a deep conditioner very bad.

    Y'all just a warning. I've done this to the tea and put all my ingredients in a blender.. if you're using the 100% raw unfiltered honey that comes solid like coconut oil and heats up with the temperature.. do not I repeat.. DO NOT put that in your hair please. I followed these steps to the tee and all my hair ripped out because the honey got stuck to every single strand. I go to my hair salon and they couldn't do a single thing either. My hair was at the middle of my back and I had to cut it shoulder length because of all the damage.. please do not. Maybe use a liquid form of the raw honey, idk I'm not going to use this mask again..stick to the good ok coconut oil and co washes

    • @ElderQueen
      @ElderQueen 6 років тому +2

      you have to heat up the raw honey. I saw this in another video. heating it up will make it runny and manageable!

      There are no water-based ingredients in this mask so I can see how that would happen. Yikes! I usually dissolve the honey in a little bit of water or rose water, then add it to the mix.

    I love avocado and honey for my hair, does wonders! I started doing the no poo method about a week ago so I have to focus on masks that aren't oil based. But I did a DIY hot oil treatment using grapeseed, it was amazing!

  • @DanteVelasquez
    @DanteVelasquez 10 років тому

    You really should heat the conditioner mixture for optimal results. the heat opens the cuticle and allows the treatment to penetrate into the hair shaft. If you don't heat then it just treats the surface of the hair. You can put a plastic cap over it and heat with a blow dryer every 15 minutes or you can sit under a dryer or heat cap for the full time.
