I know another way that you can speedrun certain endings. If you have Content Warnings turned on, a warning will pop up when an ending's worst aspect kicks in, and you can hold a button to skip through it and still mark it as finished. (Also, the windows in the fourth run of the Confusion Ending don't have collision, so you can jump through them to get through quicker once you're back at the office).
@@TheRoseyTint Also, you slightly messed up with the Cold Feet ending, as you need to wait for the Narrator to suggest to jump down, otherwise you'll trigger the Powerful ending instead.

I've never thought of spare jumps being so helpful in "infinite" hole part
He pause buffered in the jump circle to trigger the jump glitch. It only works as long as you still have jumps remaining.
