@@rahinkhan2234 If you are training arms with this intensity you shouldn't be doing triceps/biceps again with chest & back. Otherwise you will over train them & you already use your tricep while training your chest and biceps while training back as supplementary muscles. Preferably keep your chest and back day different if you're keeping the arms wrokout.
