    You look similar to me, I workout a lot and eat healthy but I bloat extremely with my hormones around my menstrual and struggle to have consistent bowel movement, I’m happy for you as long as your happy your body and I hope you feel more comfortable in it, but if your hungry try not to fast too much, drink lots of water and eat small meal portions throughout the day and maybe intensify the exercise a bit, this will raise your basal metabolic rate and you may have better digestion and nutrient absorption, I think this was a nice short term cleanse diet that is still yummy and nutritious to keep you going.

      it's a form of intermittent fasting. pretty healthy for you, you don't have to eat so little tho

      @@aisatsen102 yes intermittent fasting or taking a liquid only day is good for your body, but not when you eat so little for a whole week. the results would be quick but its not sustainable

      One meal a day is not crazy, you can still make it a big hearty one if you’re not trying to quickly lose weight, heaps of people do intermittent fasting and just have a bulletproof coffee in the morning and cook an amazing meal when they get home.

      I did that for 6 weeks straight, it wasn’t even that bad tbh. I even wish I could continue doing it, but I have school now again so unfortunately it doesn’t work out anymore

    Hello, I'm trying to loose weight by working out and eating less/doing calorie deficit. But I have a problem with water, like I don't like the taste and i feel like throwing up, do you have any advice? Thanks!

      U can add cucumber slices or/and lemons!
      U can also buy some zero calorie flavouring, and there's a water bottle brand that uses scent to trick U into tasting that scent:)

      You can buy a cirkul bottle, they have a lot of good flavors with 0 calories and sugar and drinking even a bottle of water makes me feel full

      ? It's not about "eating normally" it's about quantity. Look at her ONE meal a day. It's quite small. She's also active. So yes, absolutely possible

      i went from 182 lbs -> 110 in less then a year bc of a quick fix and i’ve maintained it for 7 months so far so 🤷‍♀️

      저는 일주일 정도 걸렸어요! 급찐급빠로 보시면 돼요🥹 몸무게가 원래대로 돌아왔구요! 지금은 3끼를 조금씩 먹으면서 유지 중이에요 🩶
