I think Shovel Knight Digs OST is gonna be hard to top, but Jake is already doing such a great job with Mina! It’s got all the sweet tones and elegant melodies I’ve come to expect from his musical mind!
This song has a kinda tragic vibe to it, like Mina is trying to fix what was broken before. I think this story is going to be a lot more then the simple "monsters broke the spark generators" plot that it is on the surface.
Considering the story Shovel Knight's DLC with Spectre Knight. And even Plague Knight a bit. I have full expectations that this story will not only be more complex and deeper but will do amazing at such.
i was a huge fan of specter of torment's dark and spooky tone, so the fact that yacht club is making an ENTIRE GAME that basically has that exact same aesthetic.. makes me very happy
