This sounds great! Can't wait to try it out. Hey Spike, do you have a "menu" of all the cocktails featured on your show? That would be great to have a "menu" where you click on the cocktail and it takes you to the episode it was featured on.
Another great episode with a great bartender in Kelly Merrell. Coincidentally, I was dusting off my tiki mugs today including my "Old Man Merrell" mug when a light bulb lit up above my noggin. Spike, since the Golden Tiki did shrink your head, why not have Tiki Farm produce a tiki mug in your image. Think of it as a mug of your own mug. I would be first in line to buy one. Aloha
My fiancé and I attended the seminar at T.O. and had our first taste of the drink, it was called the Wai Kai. It is outstanding! I took a pic of the recipe and have been wanting to make it at home.
Great episode l am in the UK so the felurnum is nothing gingerly. P S the Greek captain's hat is better. You should do a whiskey episode you looked quite bemused when Mr. burrell was talking about smokiness and peat.
What's this drink called? It will be the featured cocktail on next week's episode of "Tiki North". (If that is legal, of course). Oh, congrats Trader Sam's on 13 years. I will be visiting you at some point.
The right mix of buddies goofing while not distracting from the drink.
Thanks!
Kelly is Amazing and always a welcome sight when visiting Trader Sam’s!
Ol' Man Merrill's back!!! I love that guy. 😃🍹
Always entertaining and informative when Kelly is on the show
A little calibration is good for the spindle mixer, and good for the soul. 😄
Nice episode Spike and Kelly
Man, that touch of ginger. Delicious!

OMG almost got a glimpse of the cranium!!!
candied ginger garnish? OMG this drink was made for me!

Always great to see Kelly, and that drink looks like a keeper! If only I could find some freakin' grapefruit.... 🙂
I, too, am familiar with dirty dumps
Dude. 😂
Pretty early for white grapefruit. I can't even find it in March, let alone November.

Kelly's gone full carpenter.
With 8 cats at home, I need some tiki cat stairs right? RIGHT???

It’s called the Wai Kai, at least that’s what it was called when I took a pic of the recipe at Tiki Oasis
