Boston's "More Than A Feeling" is a classic rock anthem that is pure "FIRE" and it will never get old!!!
"Boston", "Simon and Garfunkel" and "The Cranberries" (my favourite band) are CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. Both bands and S&G are easily in top50 in rock History.
I saw Boston in concert - Toronto 1977 - and they sounded just like the album. Brad Delp's voice was really that good. Fantastic concert! Also want to mention I love the fact that you both share the love, appreciation, excitement and journey into music. Wish I had that connection with my dad.

Actually, the member line-up you gave was the last line-up for Boston. When this album and the follow-up album were recorded, the line-up was:
Tom Scholz - Lead Guitar and backing vocals
Barry Goodreau - Rhythm guitar and backing vocals
Fran Sheehan - Bass and backing vocals
Sib Hashian - Drums
Brad Delp - Lead Vocals
Sadly, both Brad and Sib have passed away.
Actually, Brad Delp recorded ALL backing vocals, harmonies etc

Hi you two and Dad good job showing you Daughter that music from the 70s was great. I have 3 kids, 2 boys and a girl, and I showed all of them music music from the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010. I played keyboards and one of my memories is that I backed up Styx, before they got big, but it was at a memorial hall that held about 5k people and we played this song and when the crowd starting yelling it was a goose pimple moment. All of my bands never mad it big but it was a great experience. So I see you are a musician so keep showing her great music

The Biggest selling debut album for 42 years!! finally replaced by Gun sand Roses "Appetite for Destruction" a few years ago, Brad Delp was ethereal , no autotune, not manipulation..just voice to tape!! I have 5 copies of this including a picture disc I bought in 1979, (yes I am that old)

Actually Boston never really considered themselves a band but a bunch of friends who got together to create something different back in those times, If I am not mistaken they only released 3 actual albums between 1976 to 1980. Boston is an American rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, which had its most notable successes during the 1970s and 1980s. Centered on multi-instrumentalist founder and leader Tom Scholz, who played the majority of instruments on the debut album, and lead vocalist Brad Delp, the band is a staple of classic rock.
Boston’s 3rd album was released in 1988.
Do you know they all have college degrees and yeah unique sound they designed themselves there was no computer music back then everything was done with the guitar or a synthesizer the first time I saw them back in Rhode Island journey was the opening band

Brad Delp could hit notes only Dogs can hear, had more range than a B-1 Bomber and the band Boston basically introduced to Rock music a mastered lineup of layered guitars with great in studio sound engineering.
