I lost a lot of wire feeding this welder the first time. It’s much easier feeding it while holding the spool in my hand. Pretty decent for $99.00 and free one day shipping.

You need to hold you tip/cone,/ cup a lot closer to metal about half inch

Put heat volt where you want and sync should adjust wire feed for you is what I'm guessing.

Just got one off a guy in next town pretty much brand new, so thanks for video. Hold close and remember consistency of stroke makes perfect weld. Same angle speed distance everything start to finish

Certain voltage for thickness of metal, adjust wire accordingly or sync. But should be voltage/ heat chart for thickness of metals on Internet for thickness of wire being used.
