You're 100% RIGHT with this. Been an enterpreneur my whole life (Management Consultant) - done art & photography as a hobby my whole life - busy now with "graphical AI" since 9-10 months now and discovered Flux. Trained already some LoRa's to produce 100% photorealistic "copies" of people - which can now easily be translated in Talking Avatars. Couple of weks ago, started my own business doing this. This is JUST the beginning. Just wait out where we'll be in only a year's time. Better get aboard now...
Flux is revolutionary, but it has one major drawback: the generated images on a local computer cannot be sold or shared for commercial use. You can generate with a license on platforms like Replicate, but I am unsure how the license perceives the training of a commercial model on a local computer, as well as whether it's possible to smoothly manage the training and handling of clients' LoRA models on Replicate.
Is there a place to find the legal documents, terms and conditions for Flux Schnell and the dev version? I might be wrong, but I believe the dev version is not commercially usable.

Yes, it isn't, but tbh, the chance you somehow get caught is basically 0. Nobody can even prove you use it in the first place.
