@@danielross7983 he should NOT have done that, being he is a content creator. Gaijin should really change that, and taking suicide bombers out too. IMO.

@@matteocesa9017 Bro, for real. I've only been playing for 2 months so have no choice to play tier 1 when starting a new nation, but the amount of times I see lvl 100 players with 50 spaded vehicles in the nation they are playing going around getting 15 kills in a tier 1 match with their maxed out crews is too damn high. The sweat is real..lol "Not even the younglings survived"
I hope Gaijin ads the function of vehicles like the BT-7m being able to drive or at least steer without tracks as the BT-7M had turning wheels and powered road wheels
7:15 On the ammo topic - it is really easy to solve. Just keep track how quickly you die and how much ammo you still had. Then adjust accordingly and give yourself 20% extra. With that method I almost never run out of ammo and keep the racks that matter nice and empty.
I hope that some newer players (not unlike me) see these videos of the low tier vehicles available to them and realise a different way they can be played. Not just hiding in dark corners all the time scared of a shell going through you. Damn nice to get some great shots in folks and entertaining when the enemy do the same to you. Awesome video! Great advice! Cheers Odd.
fun fact the bt-7 was also an armoured car because it had two drive settings the normal one with tracks and tank steering or the one without tracks because apparently the front wheels could be unlocked so that they could turn like a normal car’s wheels.
Your laugh is contagious Odd. Everytime you start laughing I just start laughing..Btw not in a creepy way. I just think you have a great vibe. Personally I live the BT-5 better for some reason.
I agree with bringing enough ammo except in the leopards where if u take more then 16 or 17 rounds it will be stored next to the driver where the tank doesnt have blowout-panels
7:38 I take enough ammo that I have some left when I die or the game ends. Typically, 30 rounds is good enough for me. When it comes to AA, it always Max ammo but otherwise I feel good with 30 rounds especially at low tiers where you are still using small caliber guns and 30 rounds of 37mm or in my case 45mm doesn’t take a whole lot room in your tank and thus, ammo racks are pretty rare. That’s just my preference when it comes to ammo. Some dudes like to take a lot or full, some dude take only a handful of rounds. It also depends on the vehicle as well.
Honestly I’ve only just started again with russian tanks (had to make a new account for PS4) and I forgot how fun these little go-karts of death were. Getting paddled in Tunisia, get killed and take out the BT-7M. 11 kills and two capture points later, myself and two mates turn the game around. So much fun
Gaijin decided to give me the talisman for this vehicle from a crate. My experience was similar to yours, definitely should be uptiered a smidge if given scouting.
Day 38: Forget the italian 8.0 lineup, do the 3.3 one instead! The P40, M42, both M43s (one goes boom and one goes boing) and whichever plane you prefer. This evolved BT-7 is, I daresay, quite nightmarish.
I would bring 20-15for aphe round over 100mm and 30-40 for guns smaller. For top tier it depends on the tank but for tanks like the Leopard or the amx30s take as much ammo until the ammo rake in the front has one row of ammo
GAZ GL-1 By September 22, , the GAZ GL-1 had already reached a speed of 161.9 km/h, significantly improving the record. so that was the fastest car i cant find anything on passenger cars tho
I used to bring full ammo rack lol because I didn't know that you could get killed pretty easily, so I started taking about 30 shells, then I lowerd that number to 25 and now I take ammo depending on map/tank, if the map is large I take more ammo because I know I will miss a lot of my shots, but I always take about 15 in high tier because you can get ammo racked easily in high tiers.
My 2p on the how much ammo debate. For a new/lower tier player you really need to check how much ammo you need to fill out each section of ammo. Also for a new player more specifically, start out with like 15~ rounds and play like that a while, once you start getting a hang of the game/you start running out of ammo then up the amount
lately ive been grinding the Rassian tech both tank and plane on realistic, i started with the bt5 and bt7 and never stopped lol. I run them at 3.0 with a 3.0 yak the 105s are the bane. being a Germany main i didn't know how much fun it was to be fast, some cas, quick on the follow-up shot oh and to win.
We have the BT 7"m" now and soon we will get the SU 76"D" a worse version of the SU 57b. Give it APCR and scouting (As stated) then it would surely need moved up closer to the T 50 and T 126. While we are moving things up how about moving those annoying Pnz II DAKs up a few BR slots too.
So you adressed the "how much ammo should i bring?" thought i always seem to have. Personally i go 50% for the arcade defense and 30% for regular arcade(aside from those like the SU-8 which have 8 ammo max!). Is this a correct thought process or could i select more??
It's fine, I myself usually select the amount of shells depending on the reload time, a tank with 5 sec reload takes about 35 shells, 8 second 20-25 shells, anytjing above that time I take under 20 and for mbts mostly 20-30
rule of thumb for low tier is the smaller the calibre the more i take since fast reload, the space ammo takes up is small because small rounds and what you fight often is small calibre too so they have badish post pen and the likelihood of an ammo rack is super rare. Mid tier I wont usually put more than 30 rounds but thats super dependant on the vehicle and calibre and if its 2 stage ammo. later tiers I often take the amount thats in the firststage/ready rack/auto loader and a little extra.
Depends on the tank. Something that usually doesnt die in one shot ill bring 30 to 40 regular rounds and 10 to 15 APCR if its a low penning gun. Stuff i know will die in one shot easily ,full ammo cause why not make the death glorious. And then stuff like the 122mm i just bring like 10 cause past that they just throw the shells everywhere in crew compartment.
