This is one of your best cog railway videos to date. That train really hauls up the mountain at an incredible speed. The cog noise is pretty reasonable and very smooth. The scenery is typically Swiss elegance and beauty, not to forget the immaculate condition of the track and surroundings! 5 stars from me!
+Peter M Hi Peter, the WA (Wengernalp) railway differs from the other rack railways in that it is a real railway, as opposed to a tourist railway with freight and everyday passengers travelling between intermediate stations. In winter it becomes the means by which winter sports enthusiasts reach the ski slopes. The trains are substantial with a fair turn of speed, considering they are rack driven.
Actually the railway goes on downhill from Kleine Scheidegg to Grindelwald, which is very unusual for a rack railway. Because the trains have an uphill and a downhill side, they can't go straight through Kleine Scheidegg, and passengers have to change trains. But trains can be turned around if necessary using the wye (rail triangle) that can be seen on the left side when entering the station (starting at 31:00). The wye is partly inside a tunnel.
+fg46 Hi, thanks for the extra information. I understand the trains always travel with the power car at the downhill end of the train, hence the 'Y' at Kleine Scheidegg.
@@Timsvideochannel1 actually all newer trains of the WAB are twin units, so it is more about the bogies. Only the downhill axle of each bogie is driven.
I took this train ride in 1984. I'm happy that you follow your Bliss. This video is much better than I took; now with better equipment and your expertise I was able to relive a most memorable day. I viewed this in 2x speed while listening to the William Tell Overture on another tab, which morphed in "Ode to Joy". Thank you for sharing. And, I see you have other train videos which I will be happy to view, and a day in Agra, India which I also did in '71.
There are many times when I've wished today's cameras were available when I was younger, especially when I look at one of my old photos taken with a Kodak Instamatic camera of trains and railways that no longer exist. I'm glad you enjoyed re-living this trip, it also makes good sense to choose suitable music to accompany the video. I loved Agra, I would guess it hasn't changed much since 71.
@@Timsvideochannel1 As you said, wishing camera equipment today was available years ago reminded me of driving from NYC to LA in 1969. As we were driving through Monument Valley the sunset and the mesas looked spectacular, but all I had was a Brownie camera with B/W film! However, where we stopped in the middle of the desert I took a couple of shots anyway. As I was getting back in the car I happened to look down and discovered in the dust at my feet a Golden Eagle pass to the Nat'l. Parks valid that year! So, we stopped at Mesa Verde and the Grand Canyon!
@@rhyacinthlevrini6577 Not only did cameras give indifferent results, it cost a small fortune to get the film developed. I'd love to slip back in time to record moments spent watching summer Saturday trains on the West of England mainline, overloaded trains struggling up the Devon banks carrying excited holidaymakers to the West country resorts ... Happy days. Did you ever go back to try and capture a Monument Valley Sunset on film? I have returned to many of the places I loved when I was a youth, some are just as I remembered, others have changed beyond recognition. I encourage my own children to take photographs, but its hard to get then to understand why, an album full of selfies might appeal to some, but capturing a changing world on film can be very rewarding. That was a bit of luck finding that Golden Eagle Pass.
Absolutely spectacular video and scenery! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to see places which, many of us, would not have the luck of visiting . Keep up your great work!
I think this has got to be the best YT 'cab ride' upload I've seen. For two main reasons, this train journey is particularly dear to me, given that I undertook the journey in the summer of 1970, as a visiting boy scout. And because it is a stunning video presentation. (THUMBS UPPED/Subscribed). Switzerland is uberclean. It was then, it still looks it now. Such a stunning vista, as one climbs up the Lauterbraunnen valley, dominated by the Jungfrau, then a few tunnels, Wengen (Swiss Army Knives) and then the turn, Jungfrau-jock, further ascending the valley and then another turn east and the sun-lit, south western face of the magnificent Eiger swings into view. And that north face, forever in shade, standing like lone canine tooth. As one arrives at Kliene Scheideg, another rail can be seen to the right, moving off up the spine of hill towards the base of mighty Eiger. This I recall is the 'mountain rail' that takes climbers up to the 'Sphinx' restaurant that sits atop the Jungfrau-joch, between the Grand Jungrau and the forboding Eiger. The narrow gauge, gear--assisted, railway continues up at a steep incline and *through* the Eiger itself, whereby it finally terminates at the Jungfrau-Joch station, where steps take one up to the Sphinx observatory/restaurant. Anyone who has seen the 'Eiger Sanction' (Clint Eastwood - George Kennedy) will recognise the railway towards the end of the movie. A truly remarkable holiday for an eleven year old and an equally memorable video tribute. Many thanks!
Thank you, I'm really pleased you enjoyed it. Your memories of a trip made as an eleven year old are remarkably clear and I enjoyed reading your description of the journey. The first time I visited in 2005 many of the railways were closed due to severe flooding damaging many of the railways in the region, the roads were only passable because temporary bridges had been erected to replace those washed away by the swollen rivers. Hi Brenda, I'm glad you liked the trip, there is no doubt the driver has the best view and it was nice of him to allow a camera up front for us all to enjoy the view.
Thanks for this video, a truly wonderful reminder of the journey I did several times 2 years ago when staying in Grindelwald . It is equally spectacular the reverse way. Really good to see it in autumn. Thanks again
Mr. Tim, firstly 🙏. Thanks for sharing your vedios the places that you visited in India. I too enjoyed a lot by going through the vedios sent by you. Have a nice day. Thanks a lot. Bye Bye.
Absolutely stunning! Thank you so much for this video. I will probably never get to travel much at all. Your videos are absolutely beautiful and so wonderful to get to see other places I will never see in this life.
Hi, I'm glad enjoyed the view from this wonderful little train. I didn't think I'd get to see these places when I was young, now I am very grateful to experience places I once dreamed of visiting.
Hello, Switzerland and it's wonderful railways have been attracting tourists to admire the stunning scenery for over one hundred years now and today the sight of the Alps still causes people to gasp at their beauty. It is nice to know you enjoyed this trip. Many thanks. Tim.
Excellent video. We did this route on 17 August 1996, but in the opposite direction. We had come up to Kleine Sheidegg from Grindelwald, then onto Jungfraujoch.
Congratulations once again Tim, another superb video. You must have been very busy during all of October 2015 taking advantage of the splendid autumn weather.
+John Marshall Thank you John, with the weather being so good and the Autumn colors so vivid, I didn't want to miss a moment, after all it doesn't happen too often.
Very amazing the trip and landscapes terrific!! I always have felt an atraction by mountains and prairies. Thanks a lot because trough video get the chance that shows place that I never will know, probably. Amazing.
Hi, I'm pleased you enjoyed it. I did have another camera with me, some of the shots are included in this video - ua-cam.com/video/k6-MK5f9LpI/v-deo.html
Hi Tim. It was amazing and I was very lucky with the weather! I love Switzerland in the winter. At the moment i'm editing a video about this strech (Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg). I will post it somewhere this week.
I worked for a Swiss company for 16 years. All of my Swiss friends loved to travel the world. They could not get over how much open public land we have in America. 🇺🇸👍
America is a big place, I have toured Canada and Colorado. Now you mention it and I didn't really notice it at the time most of the places I visited other than obvious private property didn't restrict access.
+Anjali Rajadhyaksha Hello Anjali, the view from a window on this train, must rank amongst the best in the world and once again I was so lucky with the weather.
+Anjali Rajadhyaksha It is always a pleasure to share my experiences with you. I am sitting in my hotel room now, high on a cliff top at Lynmouth in sunny Devon, Wow what a view. Tomorrow I will be filming steam trains on the West Somerset Railway (England). I work hard during the week, but I love the weekends when I can visit all favorite places, even my wife loves this place, especially stroking the exmoor ponies. I look forward to sharing more videos with you. Best Wishes .... Tim.
Timsvideochannel1 Hi Tim ! I love the sight of locomotives spewing smoke & blowing the sweet whistle. The whole atmosphere is alive when they chug along those small rail lines.I have seen most of your rail videos...though not all. I loved the latest Jungfraubahn shoot ( then & now) in Swiss alps & along the beautiful serene lake. Have a beautiful week end 👍
Timsvideochannel1 I forgot to mention. ..while stroking exmoor ponies, stroke little extra on my behalf 😃😃. Have a great time with wife. Looking forward to your videos.
The Canadian Rockies are magnificent, I caught the Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver in January, it has to be one of my all time favorite train rides.
I've been binge watching your videos, Tim, and this one has the most spectacular scenery (so far)! It was outstanding, and the production was top-notch too. Thanks for all your posts, I'm really enjoying them.
Hi Bob, its nice to know your are enjoying viewing some of my videos and your kind comment is appreciated. I've been lucky enough to visit some great places and hopefully I'll get to see a few more. Editing videos for You Tube is a rewarding way to re-live some of my experiences and share them. I use You Tube, TripAdvisor and Google Earth to research the places I visit, it is one area of life where the internet has made a very real difference.
Was on this exact train in 1998 but in February with snow. Then onto Grindlewald and back to Zurich, long one day train ride with my Swiss friend's wife who did some tour guide work. Truly one of the most beautiful mountain scenery trips. Saw an avalanche come down while stopped for lunch at Kleine Schidegg. 👍❤️
The Swiss love to show their beautiful country to visitors. I travelled with a very interesting lady I met on a train near Geneva, she recounted the history and points of interest about the places we were passing through, when I was nearing journeys end I asked what she did for a living, she replied "I'm a tour Guide", naturally I asked where she went for her holidays, she said "I love skiing in Zermat". Your "98" trip sounds like a really nice way to spend a day, I must return in Winter to see everything cover with snow.
Hello Keith I hope you are keeping safe and well. I have witnessed first hand the volcanic activity that threw up these mountains followed by the glacial activity that has carved them into the beautiful landscape we see today. New Zealand is still evolving, I shot this video just months before White Island blew its top killing more than 20 people in the process - ua-cam.com/video/XHtpzij0-qA/v-deo.html Standing in a live volcano crater is an experience that is hard to describe, you can feel the vibration caused by the activity under the thin crust you are standing on, it is frightening and awesome at the same time. A few days earlier I was visiting Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers to see mother nature at work creating the deep valleys that future tourists will marvel at. The beautiful Swiss Alps were created many thousands of years earlier by the same natural forces I saw in New Zealand, even today glaciers are still carving deep valleys in the higher Swiss alpine regions. We live in an awesome world, I am so glad to have seen a few of the places I read about when I was younger.
@@Timsvideochannel1 I was just re-watching this video and thinking how, to someone who doesn't understand how the rack and cog system works, the buzzing hum might be annoying - and thinking how their attitude might change when they realise that hum is what's standing between them and a swift death. :)
We were there in May 2018. Walked from Kleine Scheidegg to Grindelwald. Took the train the rest of the way to Lauterbrunnen. Very steep and about 2 hours. What a fantastic place. Stayed at the hotel Staubach. Great vacation!
Hi, I haven't watched this for a while, I'd forgotten just how beautiful the view from the train was. I'm glad you enjoyed it, I certainly enjoyed watching it again.
Thank you for the video! I suffer from acrophobia and am grateful to experience the beauty of this train ride without fainting, though I did gasp a couple of times anyway sitting in the comfort of my living room.
Hello Michelle, I'm glad you could join me for a virtual trip along this highly scenic railway line, the views make most people gasp in awe as they take in the beauty of the towering Swiss Alps 😉
I enjoyed reading your description. This area is both beautiful and fascinating. I'm pleased this video reminded you of the happy times you spent skiing on the slopes served by the railway.
Tim I walked this route last summer (June 2018) with the intention of walking the Eiger Trail as part of my adventure. Alas, due to exceptionally late season snowfall the Trail was still closed in mid June mainly because of avalanche danger; but the views from Wengernalp alone are stunning. Thanks for sharing.
Hi, walking in Switzerland has to be one of the best ways to spend a few days, for the less energetic the train is a good option, the views are stunning in all directions. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
I love the low rumbling tones, especially around the beginning, it gives the feel of listening to a symphony of foghorns, and really fits with the stark beauty of autumn in the Swiss Alps.
Sir, very beautiful sceneries and mountains & the Train is going on on nice railway track with its enough speed. Sir, really, I'm feeling to myself as thought I'm traveling, by watching this nice vedio. First of all hats of the vedio operator who have made this, any way nice vedio. Really the railway engineers & workmen are do great & I hope it would have had taken lot of time to built this beautiful railway line. Nice vedio. Thanks to all of you sir. Regards Ms. Lakshmi from (Bharath) India.
Hello, its nice to hear from India, I hope you are keeping well. Switzerland is home to some of the world's most amazing railways of which this is one. It runs all year round, even in the deep snow that covers the mountains every winter. I'm pleased you enjoyed the video. Best wishes. Tim.

My dream is to one day visit Austria and Switzerland, because for me, these are the 2 most beautiful countries in the world... but poor me ! I developed a phobia of traveling, and my husband, my childrens and I remain prisoners of the island of Reunion (even if it is a beautiful island !) I can only travel virtually trough your beautiful video, until one day, I hope I heal to make this wonderful dream: to visit Switzerland, and who knows ? Perhaps one day take this train me too ? Big kisses and thank you for sharing, it helps me to dream.
I too am a prisoner on the island of Ireland because I'm broke, but I have a clever plan, all I need to do is pick 6 numbers . surely it can't be that hard. Thanks driver for inviting us along.
I've been riding this track, or should I say area, since my childhood and know it more or less as my pocket. Both summer and winter ..... in one word fabulous .... Next march is off to Grindelwald again !
It is a beautiful area, I've been lucky enough to visit 3 times now and I'll be sure to return. As a child I had a Ladybird book of world trains, in it was an amazing view with the caption "Bernese Oberland Railway". Way back then I had no idea where Switzerland was, but I knew I had to go there one day, almost forty years later I finally made my first visit. I will certainly visit Grindelwald again, hopefully within a year or so, I bet you are really looking forward to March.
Tip: Next time in summer, visit the Brienz Rothorn Bahn, approx 25 kms from Interlaken near Brienz Small rack railway, brings you up to 2000+ meter. Only 2 coaches, pushed up with the speed of a pedestrian, the smell of burning coal, the puffing of the exhaust, half way stop to take ..... water. Right: STEAM ! And although expensive (reduced price for multi day passes): Go up to Jungfraujoch or (when you've money to spend) make a helicopter flight. And yes, we're looking forward to march ...

"Beautiful" is just a word. This landscape is far more than that. It is at least: majestic. I know, just another word which too cannot describe what we see...and the railway? In best order, as everything in Switzerland uses to be.
It is a stunningly beautiful part of the world, I'll be returning to Interlaken to visit some of the places I didn't know existed such as the Aare Gorge at Meiringen.
Hello Tim! I hope You are fine. This is one of the most beautiful videos of you. I was in January 1985 in Wengen around the Lauberhornabfahrt (men's downhill) to see. Was really very nice, but also very expensive. But you are rewarded with the beauty of the landscape. This was my only holiday in Switzerland. Many greetings from Hans from the Mühlviertel.
Hi Johann, I'm fine thank you. I love to visit the railways radiating from Interlaken, they are different, some use rack and pinion, some adhesion, some use both, standard and narrow gauge. The scenery is some the best in the world. It is expensive, but worth it. I would like to visit in winter next time as I would love to see the snow, we don't get much in the South of England. Best wishes. Tim.

Thank you, riding the Swiss mountain railways is the best way to appreciate the wonderful scenery.
I felt like I was driving the train. This is an awesome video and experience.
Look at that scenery!!! Picture perfect
A photo just waiting to be captured in every direction.
Thanks for this video, a truly wonderful reminder of the journey I did several times 2 years ago when staying in Grindelwald . It is equally spectacular the reverse way. Really good to see it in autumn. Thanks again
Thank you Richard, I'm pleased you enjoyed seeing this beautiful part of the world, rekindling memories from your own visit to the region.
What a wonderful ride into the sun on a clear day.
It doesn't get much better, something to look forward to when we are released from lock-down 😉
excellent and different journey! thank you
Thank you, I'm pleased you enjoyed it.
Was there 5 years ago. Perhaps one of the most spectacular natural settings I've ever visited! A must see!
There is nowhere else quite like it, in summer or winter the view from the train is awesome.
Mr. Tim, firstly 🙏. Thanks for sharing your vedios the places that you visited in India. I too enjoyed a lot by going through the vedios sent by you. Have a nice day. Thanks a lot. Bye Bye.
Thank you, I'm pleased you enjoyed them. Best wishes. Tim.
Incredible trainscapes and most rare rail scenes on earth !!! Thanks for sharing it :-) My best regards from Greece.
Hi, I'm pleased you enjoyed it, I hope it rekindled pleasant memories from your own trip.
Congratulations once again Tim, another superb video. You must have been very busy during all of October 2015 taking advantage of the splendid autumn weather.
+John Marshall
Thank you John, with the weather being so good and the Autumn colors so vivid, I didn't want to miss a moment, after all it doesn't happen too often.
Absolutely stunning journey. Thank you
Hi Keith, I'm pleased you enjoyed the ride.
Very amazing the trip and landscapes terrific!! I always have felt an atraction by mountains and prairies. Thanks a lot because trough video get the chance that shows place that I never will know, probably. Amazing.
woooawww ! tres bon voyage en pleine nature , merçi de nous faire partager , ces moments de plainitudes !
Merci, je suis heureux que vous ayez apprécié cette vidéo.
Wonderful. Need another cam to see lovely sights hills passing through.
Hi, I'm pleased you enjoyed it. I did have another camera with me, some of the shots are included in this video - ua-cam.com/video/k6-MK5f9LpI/v-deo.html
Delightfully Scenery.
Switzerland is beautiful.
Thanks for sharing, a lot of great views on this trip
+bob wilson
Cheers Bob, this is one of my favourite train rides.
Wow!! That's some beard amigo!! Lol! Didn't I see you jamming with Zz Top a few years ago?
Fantastic Tim, thanks! Brings back memories!
Cheers, it is a wonderful part of the world.
Absolutely stunning there! I did this trip last year in January when everything was white. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻✔🇨🇭
That must have been amazing, I'd love to ride the line in winter.
Hi Tim. It was amazing and I was very lucky with the weather! I love Switzerland in the winter. At the moment i'm editing a video about this strech (Lauterbrunnen to Kleine Scheidegg). I will post it somewhere this week.
I look forward to watching it, please let me know when you have posted it.
Timsvideochannel1 👍🏻 I will ✔
How cold is Jungfrau in January?
Much appreciated. Beautiful.
Thank you, I'm pleased you enjoyed it.
I could feel the smooth ride & experience the breathtaking view. Thanks for sharing!
+Anjali Rajadhyaksha
Hello Anjali, the view from a window on this train, must rank amongst the best in the world and once again I was so lucky with the weather.
+Anjali Rajadhyaksha
It is always a pleasure to share my experiences with you.
28:37.. Wow..all of it💟💟💟💟💟💟💟💟😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂💃💃💃💃💃👌👌👌👌👌💃
Cheers, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
quels merveilleux paysages ! Extraordinaire voyage en train . merci ! bravo pour la qualité de la vidéo .
Merci, je suis heureux que vous avez aimé la vidéo
Absolutely beautiful! You would love the rail into the Canadian Rockies as well.....
The Canadian Rockies are magnificent, I caught the Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver in January, it has to be one of my all time favorite train rides.
Timsvideochannel1
Kudos!! I have had the pleasure of driving through 5 times but have yet to rail. On my bucket list!
Not only is the scenery awesome, the beautifully restored 1950's carriages are a real bonus.
Your "98" trip sounds like a really nice way to spend a day, I must return in Winter to see everything cover with snow.
back again Tim.. such an irresistable journey.. we live on such a violant planet and because of its past violence we have such beauty now.
The almost constant hum of the cog in the rack is somehow comforting, when you think about it. The view is also spectacular.
You know you won't slip back down the hill when the rack wheel is doing its job. The views on the day were spectacular.
@@Timsvideochannel1 I was just re-watching this video and thinking how, to someone who doesn't understand how the rack and cog system works, the buzzing hum might be annoying - and thinking how their attitude might change when they realise that hum is what's standing between them and a swift death. :)
@@melkiorwiseman5234 That's a very astute observation, the cog wheel is the difference between a rack railway and an out of control roller coaster :-)
We were there in May 2018. Walked from Kleine Scheidegg to Grindelwald. Took the train the rest of the way to Lauterbrunnen. Very steep and about 2 hours. What a fantastic place. Stayed at the hotel Staubach. Great vacation!
sltgbco: Scheidegg - Grindelwald is a nice walk, if you want a more challenging one: The Eiger Trail ...
That view just after 10 minutes is breathtaking! Fantastic trip. Thanks so much for posting.
Great video !!! A+ for you!!
Thank you, I'm really pleased you enjoyed it.
Wonderful video. We decided as crazy Australians to "hike down the mountain" from Kleine Sheidegg to Grindelwald.
Cheers, I'm pleased you enjoyed it, that hike mast have taken 3 or 4 hours, worth it for the scenery.
olá que cenário nesse trajeto dessa viagem abs direto de carapicuiba são Paulo Brasil parabéns mais uma vez em proporcionar este belo cenários abs
It doesn't get much better, blue skies, autumn colours, amazing scenery. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Is this September?Please reply
Sir, very beautiful sceneries and mountains & the Train is going on on nice railway track with its enough speed. Sir, really, I'm feeling to myself as thought I'm traveling, by watching this nice vedio. First of all hats of the vedio operator who have made this, any way nice vedio. Really the railway engineers & workmen are do great & I hope it would have had taken lot of time to built this beautiful railway line. Nice vedio. Thanks to all of you sir.
Regards
Ms.
Tim.
This is absolutely stunning! Cant wait to experience it myself.
Its an outstanding experience, I hope you enjoy your visit.
very pleasing to the eyes... what train is this?
+adel saidi
Hi, the railway is the 'Wengernalp Railway' in the Bernese Oberland area of Switzerland .... click on this link for more information about the railway .... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wengernalp_railway
very beutiful railway in a cool landscape!
It is one of my favorite train rides.
28:45 *The Majestic North Wall of the Eiger Appears and not far now to the summit of Kleine Scheidegg.*
It's an awesome sight.
Bestimmt die schönste Schmalspurbahn in der Welt! Der Kontrast zwischen dem blauen Himmel und dem weißen Bergschnee erinnert mich an unsere Fahrt im Sommer 1996.
A truly beautifully scenic ride, thanks for sharing it.
Thank you, I'm pleased you enjoyed it.
excellent colours, appreciated..
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it, I was lucky to film it on such a perfect day.
Superb!

@@MegaMick56 :)) Good one
Good luck! Switzerland and Austria are AMAZING!
Absolutely gorgeous
Hi, I'm pleased you enjoyed It.
very beautiful country wished i was able to visit
It is beautiful and I know I am very lucky to be able to visit.
and again. Stunning.
Hi Keith, I'm pleased you enjoyed it.
so nice, very very very Beautiful , thank fir you
Thank you , I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Tip:
Next time in summer, visit the Brienz Rothorn Bahn, approx 25 kms from Interlaken near Brienz
Small rack railway, brings you up to 2000+ meter.
Hi, I've had the pleasure of a ride on the Brienz Rothorn Bahn, another truly amazing railway. Please click on these links to share my experience - ua-cam.com/video/OeJ5xXrbkfU/v-deo.html - ua-cam.com/video/6ySNuVVLTL4/v-deo.html
I have also been up the Jungfraujoch, the views from the top are stunning, this video includes shots taken over a number of visits - ua-cam.com/video/k6-MK5f9LpI/v-deo.html
Switzerland is one of my favorite destinations, I have posted many videos over the years, this is a link to my Swiss Playlist - ua-cam.com/play/PLPdTWbkwx85pxn6sCUctVWREyW7pEOZbS.html
I wish I only had until March to wait for next visit, if all goes well I should get there sometime next year, might even get a helicopter ride in.
A hot ride! 😊
from 800m to 2060m in only 35 min.
From here you can take the train up to the Jungfraujoch at 3,690 m
Hello Tim very beautiful your videos and relaxing!!!!
Thank you, I appreciate your kind comment. Cheers. Tim.
hermosos paisajes gracias por compartir
Gracias, me alegra que haya disfrutado del viaje.
The train is gaining speed very fast. Serene view from the driver's cabin.
The trains gain speed quickly even up hill. The driver gets the best view.
Rack and pinion rail? Amazing to see continuous rack laid between the narrow gauge tracks.
The rack and Pinion drive is really effective, these trains don't hang about, the speeds the achieve uphill are surprisingly fast.
I’ve had the pleasure of taking this route twice. It’s always stunning!
This is such a refreshing and relaxing trip, I don't think I'd ever tire of it, the changing weather and seasons make every trip up the mountain different.
Another awesome view 🌲🌳🏠⛰🚃🚃
I'm pleased you enjoyed the ride 🙂.
Fantastic! Another great video! Well done!

Thank you.
Brilliant video !
Cheers, I was lucky to travel on such a wonderful day.
@@Timsvideochannel1 You're very welcome, it was indeed :)
"Beautiful" is just a word. This landscape is far more than that. It is at least: majestic. I know, just another word which too cannot describe what we see...and the railway? In best order, as everything in Switzerland uses to be.
Switzerland is a fairy tale land and the railways are a train lovers dream come true.
Switzerland is the most beautiful model railway layout
That sums Switzerland up nicely 😉👍
Was on this train in 1998 February, spectacular one of the top 5 places in the world I would like to revisit.💯👌🎯
It is a stunningly beautiful part of the world, I'll be returning to Interlaken to visit some of the places I didn't know existed such as the Aare Gorge at Meiringen.
The beauty of Helvetii is hard to imagine. You have to see it to be able to say. I visited last year and going back this year for more.
Its a beautiful part of the world.
great video and nice nature.... thanks

Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed it.
Sencillamente Espectacular una panorámica muy hermosa de Suiza. Un saludo desde Colombia.
Hola, es agradable escuchar de Columbia, me complace que haya disfrutado de esta vista de Suiza.
Tim.
most beautiful landscape what does train looks like?
