So Krieg, so epic...and so funny at the same time
squat? thought those were retconned?
Krieg is one of the really few troops that you never use the word retreat with them. strategic redeploy is what they use for them to fall back because if you use the word retreat then they will just ignore your order entirely. It like that upgrade, death before dishonor.
I love how your channel rides the razor's edge of copyright infringement and legitimate commentary.
It is like blatant copyright infringement, but on the other hand your commentary is always top notch.
Lucky for me reactions and commentary are considered fair use in the United States. Free speech ftw.

The death Corp are clones, it is hinted at and at least 1 book I read outright explained how clone tech was implemented behind the back of the original commander, which is why they never remove their masks and all their commanders have the same name and when a commander is killed he is immediately replaced by a commander of the same name with suspiciously similar size, build and voice, while the troopers hardly ever speak to outsiders to help conceal the fact they are all the same

Hey, I really like your content, only started watching about a month ago but one request or explanation if that’s ok; when the video is playing we see you in the bottom right screen, although I understand this concept when the film is dark (such as a lot of 40k material and especially this one) the difference in brightness makes it somewhat difficult to watch so much that I’m holding my hand over your window so my eyes can take in the rest. IS there an alternative? Maybe turning the brightness of your screen to match the overall content or increase transparency of yours? Just something I’ve noticed and suggestion. Keep up the awesome work!

I love Death Korps. They are the ultimate stormtroopers and followers of the Khorasani art of war.
Really reminds me of Khorasani Riders riding into muskets and the gunfire of Ottomans and crushed the Yanicharies.
The last clip was not from vraks the Krieg were the only ones listed in the siege besides the inquisition forces titan forces and astartes forces, the dark angels were there for a brief time they came lured out so astartes (alpha legion) burned down the Star port and left only sending a founding chapter (angels of absolution) at the end of the siege to take the chaos lord prisoner so no the last clip is not from vraks

The cadians were listed on the order of battle for siege of vraks. The imperium mech forcers were there in mass but were horribly employed massacured for hardly any gain only to be blindsided multiple times by the rebels own much inferior mech forces and pushed back to their starting lines.
Most advances were lucky breaks only grudgingly taken advantage of by imperium forces once the trench linea had changed places several timea in a ciuple days and madsive mine fielda had been thinned out by both sides runningvhuman wave and mech assaults right through themafter litterally YEARS of siege bombardment

I've always read the Alpha Legion involvement in Vraks as loyalist Alpha action 'cause their involvement was brief, but enough to make Imperium actually take the war seriously.
My Favourite detail is that the frag and the smoke grenades are looking exactly the same

How does the Alpha legion fit in with the motivations of Chaos? They dont adopt demonic gifts from any one of the Gods, so even if they are against the Imperium (allegedly), what is their incentive? Every other Chaos legion makes sense until Alpha is mentioned.
There were two versions of the future, one where chaos wins, and one where the imperium wins and the galaxy dies a slow grisly death. By playing both sides randomly, the Alpha legion creates a third existential possibility.
Is that Sabaton Stormtroopers im hearing?

Not how Space Marines are made, so no.
It's a lot harder to make Space Marines from fully grown adults, though it has happened a few times during the Great Crusade era. A substantial part of the process for creating Space Marines involves stem cell science, specifically involving germ cells. This is also why female space marines will never be a thing unless there's a female primarch. Space Marines are created via the implementation of a lot of specifically grown/crafted organs that are substantially more difficult for the adult body to adapt to.

Sandbags are known to stop even some tank rounds
Bayonets aren't for melee combats, where you one vs one against someone with a legitimate melee weapon. Its for close quarters combat where you already close to the enemy and not primary using it as a legitimate melee weapon. Plus the rifle is nearly cut in half, it's someone nearly saw off your spear and anymore pressure would break the spear into two.

strange that the comissar say to equip bayonet two times in different manner ... and with vast arsenals of vrash the cardinal troops should be using lasgun and not autoguns. and the commander give the order that the conter attact would be made with the suppor of armor squad and they dind´t show that
The ones with auto guns likely were basic meat shield militia. Given just enough to hold a static position and fill a battle line. Stuff like lasguns and decent armor was saved for the more proper frateris and disciples

And remember that the number of men of the cardinal / his commanders was limited they were not conting with reinforcements of outside world like the imperium was. So to to porly arm the man was a luxury that they dind´t have

Warhammer is missing out on making a battlefield 1 type game. It would work so well. Everybody has the same guns artillery and stuff would have to be worked on. Even adding demons would technically work
Honestly they could even make it have a little enlisted flavor where your controlling a whole squad and if you die you move to whoever's still alive. God it would be so dope
Last thing, if anybody even sees this dark tide has a limited amount of weapons, it would be so easy to manage

There are a ridiculous amounts of sfx from tarkov. A lot of gunshots, brass hitting the ground, coughs, groans, and movement.

Those trenchers are far to wide lol but it makes sense for the table top game as you can fit more models in and other sized ones to plus it still looks awesome. I remember a war vet from USA he fought the commies in Vietnam and he told me that trench warfare would be a thing of the past like in ww1 and ww2. I thought it would stick around for a long time or forever depending on what weapons you have and the area. He said because now a days the armies are so mobile that it wouldent be like it was before. I always thought they would stick around and when Pony Boy Putin invaded Ukraine I seen those massive trench makers the orcs ( russians ) used and unforntually they used them all over the place. Slava Ukraine / God bless Israel. Get rid of the greedy dicktators and evil Hamas.

It kicks like a mule, can headshot basically all enemies, even armored, up to atleast difficulty 4 with a single charged head shot. And the firing sound gives credence to the name imo. I love my Luscius pattern helbore

My only complaint would be, Please make your face box during your reviews smaller please. It takes up a large area and is very distracting. But other wise please keep these reviews and beak downs coming. You really make this old guy happy with your point of views and your experiences.

There a rumor surrounding the alpha legion. Apparently they were there trying to make the imperium take vraks seriously and put in more resources. I think there are some loyalists elements in the alpha legion

Thank you. The first time I saw Janovich's videos I was impressed by the quality and some historical references. I had the same pleasant surprise with the Sodaz videos but with one more twist. Without knowing anything about Sodaz I immediately thought “the guy did his military”. I myself completed my military service (compulsory in my country).

As the other guy said, he's SK. Since, iirc, is mandatory for them to serve for like every ~2 years(I think)

You can mess with astarties and everything else but when it comes to Cadians they'll throw down, but no one wants to mess with the Death Korps of Krieg, they won't just throw down, they'll proceed to pulverize you, burn the remains, and then blow them up just for good measure, and then get something to eat and then to bed like nothing ever happened, unlike most the Death Korps of Krieg will be using their finger to coex chaos and say "come here sweetheart, I got something for you"

I understand why the guardsman pulled out the entrenching tool. It's Krieg iconic.
But he had a bayonet on that gun. He could have used the broken gun to deflect, and the bayonet to keep at range and kill.
my thoughts exactly. I find the whole obsession with Krieg using spades in melee a bit tired, when they're most known for their massed bayonet charges. using a bayonet against a short weapon like an axe seems more practical.
@@windrider970 I agree, if his bayonet say broke due to a deflection and it was a last resort I think it justifies it. But with a functional bayonet it does seem a little fan service

A more practical reason might have been resilience. A lasgun might not have had the sturdiness to survive repeated contact with the chainaxe of the heretic. So he premptively drew the only weapon he had capable of besting the heretic.
