What a great idea! I have previously looked at those devices on Amazon. Never thought of using an NRS cam strap that I already have. NRS straps are the best!
Rope works great too… I always like the cam straps for the speed and the chain cause it can handle some abuse… but if you are stuck any little bit helps.
Just found your channel. Subscribed and can’t get enough. Motorcycle tie downs work too. Never thought of using chain with them. Have to make some up. Awesome ideas!!!

Cam Straps are the best... I don't think there is a single trip I have been on where I didn't use them for something.
Bingo. Thank you for this simple tip. I will cut 4 chain piece and leave them in the trunk for emergency winter use. Minimal space and $ investment.
