From The Last of us episode 3. Bill and Frank were amazing characters and their story together was just beautiful. Nick Offerman and Murray Bartlett deserve awards for their performances. Genuinely one of the greatest episodes of a series that I have ever seen. I hope you enjoy the edit!

Can anyone watch the end of this without tearing up? I think about my Wife and how I would feel if she asked me for a last day. It’s beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Wonderful acting job and great music.
I didn't get past the strawberries before the first spasm hit. Knowing what was coming.
I had watched the episode, and teared up.... Seeing this again, where they get married, I broke down and cried again.
The “I’m satisfied” hits me so hard I don’t know why
Because saying to a person that:
"I'm satisfied with my life because I've met you and I don't need to go on without you and I'm OK with it"
is the ultimate sign of love, one of the purest and strongest form it can take

I've seen people discussing why Bill went out into the street instead of shooting from the house or in cover. But he says it, he was afraid. Afraid for Frank.
He stood where the men could see him so they wouldn't shoot into the house. So they wouldn't go looking for shooters. If he died in the street then maybe Frank would have time to get safe. He was willing to sacrifice himself. That's why. He was afraid.
This is my favourite episode out of the series.

I don't get why some people got butthurt about them. Who cares if they're gay I think their relationship was really cute and brought some levity and hope to a post apocalypse world. They got to live a full life with someone they loved and who loves them back. And it was in the game they just couldn't put a whole cutscene about it cuz for a videogame that would be boring or whatever but for the purposes of the show I think it was great.
That and their relationship ended bitter with Frank killing himself after they get into a fight
The marriage was absolutely well done. Their world ended years before Gay Marriage became a thing.

I was one who was not against or for same sex love. But then this episode taught me that there is only love, and when it is pure and selfless, it is all-encompassing.

In the script, when the dialogue is muted at the end (when Bill and Frank get ready for their marriage), it says that it’s muted because whatever they said is between them, not for us to hear. And I love that. It makes it feel like, in some way, that they’re actually behind our TV screen, making their last moment together the best! So fucking beautiful! That and the whole episode! No notes!
I was gettin' all emotional again watching this and then BAM! UA-cam hits me with a effin' ad smack dab in the middle and ruined the moment.

If anyone out there is like me and enjoys trying to find a funny angle to the most tragic scenarios: If Bill's letter hadn't been enveloped and unopened, I would've dearly liked to have imagined something like six or seven survivors that passed through Bill's house, read his letter and found new purpose in protecting the worthy

Im as straight as it gets and i had to ffw a few times on tjis episode. But i absolutely LOVED the writing of this episode. It really showed bills human side of his life.

Started playing TLOU Part 2 which has of course led me down the rabbit hole of rewatching the show and then I came across this video. I wasn’t prepared for that emotional hit again. I can’t even describe how well this edit is put together. You did the episode justice with this. Bravo.
