Great Lakes steelhead are big, hard fighting fish which can be targeted over 7 months of the year and can be found in most rivers that flow into the Great Lakes. Targeting these fish is generally best done by either nymphing with egg, worm or nymph patterns, or by swinging or stripping streamers. These are the flies that we won't leave the house without, make sure you have a few for your next outing!
